The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been retained. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower, with additional costs, you can relax and unwind.

A nice holiday home in a wooded area. Entire home is at disposal. The pictures speak for themselves. The cottage is located on a private bungalow park, where many homes are inhabited for personal use. There are also cottages like this that are rented out. It is a quiet area, with an access road to the forest next door. You can cycle beautifully in the area. But also possibly shopping in the nearby villages such as Dedemsvaart and Hardenberg.

My vacation home is located in the county of Bentheim between canal, meadows and forest on the edge of a small village in the immediate vicinity of the Dutch border. The Lower County is known for well-developed bike paths: Along canals, rivers, moorlands and small villages, our border region can best be discovered by bike. Our farm was completely newly built in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a vacation home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit. 1 ground floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom.

There is room for more guests on a sofa bed. Located directly on the Vechte, in a quiet location with many hiking and biking trails, you will find our nice guest house. Between Vechte and the Alte-Picardie Canal lies Emlichheim on the Dutch border. Many bike paths and hiking trails make this region a popular recreation area. Simply feel good and relax.
