It was a nice stay over-all. Specially if you consider yhat we booked the placed during the peak-season of december. Friendly staff at the premise. it's also good na may restaurant sa baba ng place. though prices are higher, pero okay na din since it is very convenient. if I were to nitpick though: 1. mahirap buksan yung balcony door, maybe the locks needs replacement. 2. it's cold. buti na lang nag request kami ng fan, kasi mainitin talaga ang lolo mo..hahaha, nagamit ko talaga sya :) pero yung wife ko, nilalamig naman. wala talaga fan provided, so it's good na meron sila na provide upon request. 3. yung heater, common naman sya sa ibang place sa baguio na biglang lalamig ulit. give it time :) kaso madami ka masasayang na tubig bago sya mag stable ng labas ng warm water. but overall it's is a pleasant place to stay. wala naman akong reklamo talaga.. yung mga nabanggit ko is just room for improvement, pero hindi sya deal breaker. thank you sir Cris for the nice place. friendly guard

I suggest you provide a folding chair that guest may use if they want to visit the beach for the sunset view and taking in the elyu vibe.

The unit was clean and the bed was comfy. Basic toiletries were there as well as cotton balls and cotton buds. There was no foul smell, and price paid for the stay was worth it! Francis was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, which I really appreciate. I would like to stay at this unit when I travel to Baguio again, and I would also recommend this to my friends and family who have plans to visit Baguio.

I found Imy's place while looking for a nice place to stay for work. My first encounter with the host was really great. She provided me with all the necessary information about the area and even helped me book a taxi to the place. She was very accommodating and responsive to queries. Upon entering the room, I noticed how clean it was. Few snacks and wine were provided, which really gave the place a Baguio vibe. The apartment was also fully furnished and had everything I needed. It also got a great aesthetic. It's very homey and green is my favorite color, so bonus! Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and I would certainly recommend Imy's place to anyone. Thank you Verdant! This might be my favourite ever Airbnb experience. Marjorie and her family were super friendly and accommodating. I really needed a proper break from busy city life and that's exactly what I got. Rochelle did an amazing job in the kitchen and I loved eating everything she served me. The room itself was perfect for me as a solo traveler and the amenities were exactly as described. Everything was clean and tidy. I can't put into words how relaxed I felt at the end of my stay, I did not want to leave. Surfing in the morning, relaxing in the hammock till the evening then walking on the beach at sunset, pure bliss. When i come back to the Philippines I will definitely be visiting here again and staying at Ocean Breeze!

Very nice that unit is at the back corner of the building —- balcony is perfect for viewing sunset and having coffee on a very cold, windy morning. WARNING though if you have a vehicle, free but VERY limited slots. If you are double-parked, you will need to leave your keys with the guards. Or they can wake you up in the middle of the night if you dont want anyone else to drive your car. But that is beyond the host’s control.

I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the experience. The service was excellent, and everything met my expectations. I would gladly return and recommend it to others.

Had an excellent stay at Mio's airbnb! -very clean and spacious rooms perfect for big groups -well-equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, and dishes & cutlery -bathrooms were well-maintained and they had towels & free toiletries which were a really nice touch -there's even a fireplace that we really enjoyed Mio was also a very responsive host who gave clear check-in and checkout instructions, and was available to answer any questions I had. Overall I highly recommend this place especially for its price and will definitely be back!

Very Good Host ， give a clear instruction when checking in their unit ， even give us early check in due to my arrival us early ，really appreciate you maam . overall is a good stay and nice experience . only the balcony is facing behind so no any good view . but if you like silent this will be nice

Everything this was as expected, clean & tidy. The area is safe & secure, I extended my stay as I was very happy being here.

Mitch was very responsive and friendly all throughout our staycation. The place is legit and well maintained. The location is great because it's just beside SM Marilao and a good place to stay when you have to attend a concert in Philippine Arena or Philippine Sports Stadium. I love the fact that they have an available drinking water (w/ dispenser, hot & cold) for their guests and self-check in was very easy (and secure)! Internet connection is also fast and reliable. Parking slot is also available (with a 300 PHP fee) and very convenient. Overall, Mitch's unit is worth every penny based on the aforementioned feedback. Her friendliness over chat is a plus!
