Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Marine is a lovely host, she really takes care of us to make sure our stay goes as smoothly as possible. unparalleled responsiveness and a beautiful house tastefully decorated and the extra pool. we'll be happy to go back. Very pleased with our stay. Villa ISKA is very spacious, well laid out and well equipped. The garden and terrace are also beautiful in size. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location is great for visiting the area. We are delighted with our stay and our dog (a large Malinois cross) too! We'll be happy to go back!

Excellent family stay in a very nice house! The bedding is of high quality, and the indoor pool is really superb. Everything is perfectly safe for children, which is very reassuring. Everything is designed for their development. The terrace was particularly appreciated. The whole place is modern and friendly: we highly recommend this place for a good family break. Beautiful house, very bright, in a beautiful environment facing Le Platin beach. We spent the Easter weekend there and enjoyed the view and the customs trail

we had a very good stay with Framboise. the house is cosy and practical. it is just about 8 minutes by bike to Le Chateaux d'Oleron. bakery and supermarket are not far away. communication with Framboise was easy and quick.

An excellent stay at the Cabane d'Eté with everything we could need, impeccable cleanliness and a very good welcome by Chantal. Anthony and Aurélie were very responsive in preparing for check-in and with very clear instructions. We highly recommend this rental for a little getaway with friends or family!

We had a great time in this very well located accommodation, beautiful decoration, perfect amenities. The bedrooms are spacious with storage, super convenient kitchen with excellent equipment. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to all amenities. One particularity to note if you book this cottage is that the two bedrooms located on the ground floor do not communicate from the inside with the rest of the house. It all depends on the age of your children. The rooms on the ground floor are very good for adults or young adults because their access is independent. Short perfect stay 👍🏻

There are homes that we love and forget, but at Janick's, it's different, we love, we adore, we appreciate the home, and above all, we don't forget it. The hosting was very warm. The house is extraordinary; it is very well arranged for people with reduced mobility. We were superbly welcomed. Everything was perfect. Superb week in the beautiful pink house, sunny and enclosed garden. 5 min walk to the center of La Tremblade. 20 min drive to tourist sites (zoo, Mornac-sur-Seudre, Coudre Lighthouse, Île d'Oléron…) Very nice ping pong table for the whole family. We will come back without hesitation!

Great experience. Benoit answered our questions before check-in, then his mother Dany took over during our check-in until check-out. Dany was really lovely and perfect at check-in, taking the time to introduce all aspects of the accommodation and also offer us some recommendations. The house is very nice with everything you need to cook or relax in and out. Very nice garden. The accommodation is in a very good location with the Grève promenade or the center of La Tremblade a 10-min walk away. Only the interior sound insulation between the rooms is a bit questionable, but nothing really bothersome (as long as no one snores too loudly at night) :) A place to stay and a host to recommend without hesitation!!

Always a pleasant stay in Régis' house (this is the second time we've stayed there). Fluid and enjoyable exchanges. The house is very functional, ideally located, the bedding is very comfortable. You will enjoy the two terrace areas, the coffee bean machine for coffee lovers and the incredible living room style.
