The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Completely renovated house, located on a very quiet street 500 m from the sea and the city center. In season, shops and entertainment, night market on Sunday nights, funfair in the summer. 500 m from the daily market and the Casino. Garden including private outdoor area, a terrace overlooking the pine trees and one on the side in the shade. Stairs outside. Linens/towels are not provided. The cleaning fee is optional: 40 euro to be paid on-site or to be carried out carefully.

Rated 3* furnished tourist accommodation, this peaceful place to stay offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Completely refurbished, it will allow you to rest in a green setting with all the necessary comforts (In case of high heat, it is possible to cool the entire accommodation).
