The apartment is well located and offers us a wonderful view of the ocean. The beach is lovely. The terrace allows us to enjoy alfresco dining. In front of the building, there is a bike path that allows us to ride for miles to beaches located south and north of Saint-Palais-sur-mer. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from excellent restaurants. Loved our stay.

Our stay at Audrey’s apartment was truly magical 🪄 You can feel her intention to make this place as beautiful as possible in every detail 🐚 After opening the door I sighed with astonishment. The place feels even better in person. Above all the bed is really comfortable and the bathroom sink is just spectacular. Very nice nest in the center of the points of interest of the area, the beaches, the marshes, the coast. Extremely clean accommodation, very quiet, nicely decorated, nothing is missing... Very attentive welcome from Catherine and Luc, who is very attentive to their hosts while being discreet. Without hesitation we recommend it and we will return.

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is perfectly clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you might need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There is parking in the vicinity, but it is often subject to a fee. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. THANK YOU Brigitte..!! 😉😉

We had a great time in this renovated, cozy and hygge apartment. It is perfect for a couple with children, with a warm and comfortable atmosphere. We were four adults in preparation for our wedding, and although the apartment is charming, it lacked storage, especially to hang clothes, so two suitcases remained open in the living room. Luckily, the weather was mild and we spent a lot of time outside, so it wasn't a big deal. The location is very quiet and convenient, and the beds were very comfortable.

The location of this apartment is excellent. Very walkable to all areas of interest/inportance in La Rochelle including the Vieux-Port, aquarium, train station, Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is well furnished and it is great to have a private outdoor space as well as big windows looking out over the marina. The hosts are responsive and helpful if any issues or questions arise. The Café downstairs is also worth checking out. Definitely would recommend for your visit to La Rochelle!

An excellent stay in a very well-equipped, clean apartment with stunning sea views. Just cross the street to enjoy a long walk along the beach. A real pleasure!

Nathalie's place is located in a beautiful and peaceful woodland setting. The space is well-presented, comfortable and clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. It is even better than the photos. The outside space is really lovely, and we felt welcomed to enjoy it. Nathalie was responsive and friendly throughout our stay.

Very nice hosting by Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is lovely. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for any questions. I recommend it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with family in Les Pargaux. The accommodation is designed to make you feel instantly at home: functional kitchen, neat decoration and impeccable cleanliness. The garden is a haven of peace. The pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing. The nearby 🎾 court is 👌 The location is simply ideal, between the vineyards and the ocean, perfect for beautiful bike rides or to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Médoc. The presence of Naïa, the sweet dog, brought a nice touch of warmth to our stay, especially for our son who loved her! Our hosts were extremely attentive and discreet. Their welcome, punctuated by delicate touches from the moment we arrived, testifies to a real passion for the place and the well-being of travelers. In summary: a memorable and rejuvenating stay. Very nice accommodation with its small terrace out of sight. The jacuzzi is a real treat whatever the weather. Very well located on the island. You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming. A big thank you. We'll be happy to do it again.
