In the hyper center, very nice apartment T2, 37 m² on the 2nd floor with balconies. Ideally located close to the thermal baths and all amenities. It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140cm bed. All facing south and west opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama from Sancy to Puy de Gros. IT has one bedroom with storage and a queen bed in 180cm. We had a pleasant stay at this place. Maintained and tastefully decorated. You're all set. Hosts were also very responsive to all of our questions. The accommodation is in a very good location, on a small shopping street but peaceful at the same time! It was perfect!

Excellent stay in the gite clos saint sauves. Very welcoming hosts who gave us some great tips for visits to discover this beautiful region. The estate is equipped with a very pleasant common room where you can all eat together and play billiards, foosball, board game etc.... Very nice garden, the accommodation is in nature, it's very nice. 10 minutes from all shops and restaurants. Dogs are happy to accept. If we come back to the area it will be home without hesitation.

Recent appartment very clean and well furnished. Linen and bedding of very good quality. Kitchen well equipped. You can walk to the ski resort center and ski slopes, but there is a bus stop right in front of the building. Guillame is a very friendly and responsive host.

We stayed in the accommodation for one week. David and the concierge service are very responsive, they respond to all our requests quickly. The only difficulty that could arise is the cottage located just below the accommodation. If the hosts do not respect the neighborhood, it can be very disruptive. Fortunately for all of us it went well and we warmly thank David because the apartment is complete and clean. The amenities are functional and new.

A light-filled bedroom features a spacious double bed with crisp linens and navy blue accent pillows. Wooden flooring adds warmth, while a piece of black and white artwork hangs above the bed. A partition made of wooden slats separates the room from the adjoining bathroom.

Great place to stay in the centre of Clermont-Ferrand. The apartment is lovely and very clean. Lively neighbourhood but not too loud to sleep (if you don’t need complete silence). Parking nearby, we always managed to find a spot. All in all a great experience!
