Looking for a quiet break in the countryside. We are waiting for you to stay in our quiet peaceful haven in the countryside. Located 1.7 km from the village and about 14 km from La Flèche, 36 km from Le Mans. Our accommodation can accommodate 5 people. -1 large bedroom of about 25 m² with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. (possibility of putting a baby bed), in the living space a sofa bed for 2 people. Kitchen equipped with microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, refrigerator. - shower room, dry toilet.

Located 400 m from the center of the village, a small town with character and all amenities (bakery, butcher, convenience store, bar, open even on Sunday mornings; pharmacy, and medical center), our detached, single-story house, with its enclosed courtyard and large garden, will be happy to welcome you. In the summer, in the village, you can enjoy the municipal swimming pool and its leisure base. You will be 15 minutes from La Fleche Zoo, and Lude Castle, and 35 minutes from Le Mans 24h circuit

Entire house in the countryside on the Sablé/La Flèche axis 5 minutes from Sablé sur sarthe and Notre Dame du Chêne, and 10 minutes from the A11. 40 minutes from Le Mans and the 24h circuit, 40 minutes from Angers or Laval. 25 minutes from the Zoo de la Flèche. The house includes 3 bedrooms, living room with wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and bathtub. Terrace, large garden. All linens are provided. Bath towels are extra: €3 per person.

You will find many activities nearby (sports, relaxation, nature, hiking, etc.). Zoo de la Flèche 20 min away, 25 min from the 24 Hours circuit, 25 min from the 24 Hours and Baugé golf courses, Château du Lude, Le Loir by bike, Lac de Mansigné. Whether you come with your tribe or with friends, you'll feel right at home!
