A totally recommended place, quiet and with an unbeatable sunset view. The host is very kind, clear and always responds to your messages. The apartment has everything you need for daily life, parking, heating and the best thing is that it is pet friendly. I would definitely go again.

Very nice and comfortable apartment as in the photographs,a spectacular view from the beautiful terrace view of Playa la Herradura,Puerto Guayacan and Coquimbo,to go by car from Santiago medium easy access so that those who do not know the area can complicate the return on Route 5 to enter the condominium . 10 of 10 is completely worth the value for a getaway to the beautiful region. I traveled with my mom, my sister, my niece and my two daughters, our first “girls' trip” and we chose Rodrigo's apartment next to the Lighthouse. Upon arrival, the boiler failed and there was no hot water, but Rodrigo responded immediately: he showed us another apartment in the same condominium, with the same amenities and without any problems. In less than the time it takes a rooster to crow, we were already settled in. The new apartment was perfect: parking included (we rented a car to tour the city and the Elqui Valley), swimming pools usable all year round, a quiet condominium and a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful view! Rodrigo was always available and friendly; you can tell he cares about the comfort of his guests. We're leaving happy and grateful. We left the place impeccable for the next people, and we recommend 100% staying with Rodrigo. Quick service, ideal location and a great host. Thank you for saving our trip, Rodrigo!

I really liked the dpto, great location, very nice view towards the beach. Nearby restaurants and cafes.. beach front. Everything very comfortable, the only thing I would get is the glass from the balcony, ( it is closed) as it does not allow to see the whole beautiful view, it does not feel the breeze.. and the vision is scarce. Great hosts communication and attentive to any questions... I would definitely come back..!!

Everything was excellent, a beautiful and clean place, quiet, I went with my pregnant wife and my elderly parents and we were relaxed. Jonathan is an excellent host, gives clear instructions and trusts his guests.

Tomás is an excellent host, very kind and concerned about everything, the service of the concierges is excellent too, I recommend this accommodation a thousand times and of course we will return.

The area is quiet and very nice. The apartment is spacious, well organized, with a beautiful view. Tommy was always attentive and answered every question. Very comfortable beds, I mention it because it's not something that always happens. We felt at home . Our stay was very pleasant.

Good and fast communication with the landlord. The apartment was as described, beautifully and personally furnished. Beautiful glazed balcony where you can enjoy the view. Everything clean, quiet location, shopping nearby. The Pacific is close enough to touch, as is the acoustics of the surf.

Excellent location with ocean views, it was what we liked the most, it has a terrace to watch the sunset. Comfortable apartment, has all the equipment for a good stay. Friendly and flexible host on requests. I would recommend it and I would come back again.
