Great location, great surroundings, excellent view. Very well equipped. Easy to get around with a car. Comes with parking spot right away and very easy to check-in. Very very spacious.

Very good place to spend a few days rest. in front of the beach. everything new and tidy. the only thing that a temperate pool would not offer as an amenity when you have to pay aside for that. I would come back without hesitation again

The apartment is on the 5th floor, very conveniently located, it is larger than what you see in the photos, it has a large terrace with excellent ocean views. You cross the street and you're on the beach, it has amenities such as a heated pool in very good condition and outdoor pools. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and the bathrooms are in perfect condition, it is very easy to get there, we were assigned a parking space next to the entrance to the building which made it very easy to unload the car. There are restaurants, bars and a mini-market on the same street, and the Líder supermarket is 10 minutes away.

The accommodation was perfect, everything was clean and tidy. Cecilia is very friendly, always attentive. I needed to change from another accommodation because the building had no water and Cecilia arranged everything quickly so that I could arrive at her apartment that same day. Excellent location facing the beach. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pablo’s place. The bungalow and the whole property are thoughtfully and lovingly designed, with lots of little details that make it feel welcoming and comfortable. Everything was clean, quiet, and felt very safe. Pablo is a great host—friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. He really went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. We visited in the fall, so the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day. It was such a nice treat to relax outside in the cool evening air. Even though we were only there for a short time, we felt a real connection with Pablo. We’d love to come back—if only it weren’t so far away

Excellent apartment. It met all our expectations, very hygienic everything, the view and location is spectacular, in addition, it is very comfortable to go with the family. Communication with the hosts was very quick and informative, they were always attentive to our concerns. The tempered pool was a little cold the day we occupied it (due to damage according to what we were told from the administration) we understand that this escapes from the hosts. However, the rest of the amenities like jacuzzi and sauna could be used without any inconvenience and it was very relaxing. Very nice everything in truth. Highly recommended!. We hope to return.
