Your story in History. Come and stay on the second floor of the manor in an elegant 65m2 apartment. This totally independent unit benefits from a clear view of the surrounding countryside, its refined decoration calls for calm and rest. The living room offers a lounge and a dining table, the kitchen is fully equipped, the shower room is comfortable. There are two bedrooms each furnished with a hotel quality queen size bed. We can equip you for baby free of charge upon prior request.

Pool and Tennis at the Orchard

Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. A tennis court awaits athletes as well as 4 canoes-kayaks to navigate the river that flows at the end of the garden. Also available: ping pong table and adult and children's bikes)

A HEATED POOL IS AVAILABLE. (open from April 1st to October 15th) From the beginning of July to the end of August, arrivals are only on Saturdays and departures on Friday or Saturday. Le Gîte du Cotentin est idéalement situé pour découvrir toutes les beautés de notre région. Notre presbytère possède également une chambre d'hôtes pour 2 personnes. Nous sommes à deux pas des marais du Cotentin et à 15 km des plages du débarquement. Sainte-Mère église est très proche à seulement 8 km de notre propriété. Notre gîte est au calme, à la campagne, à 1,5 km du bourg où sont situés tous les commerces.
