You will be staying in an old bakery fully renovated into an apartment! Located in the heart of Auvergne, Champeix, a small town with character, close to the Parc Des Volcans d'Auvergne (UNESCO World Heritage Site), this apartment has an area of 32 m2, all comforts, modern and cozy, ideally located for your holidays and leisure! Close to shops (3-minute walk) Local market on Friday morning. Come and discover and visit this beautiful region of Auvergne!

The Clos Pigeonnier

Old dovecote completely renovated. The ground floor (which was historically the henhouse) serves a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink. From the bottom, you access the floor (the dovecote itself) by a miller's ladder. (Be careful, it's steep!) The upper floor offers a large bedroom (bed 140-180) and a living room area fully open to the common courtyard by bay windows. There is no kitchen, but an extra fridge and microwave are installed.

La Sauvetat – Charming, quiet stone house

Charming stone village house, renovated in the listed village of La Sauvetat. It is composed of an outdoor courtyard: closed and secure, a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and a toilet, an equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge with small freezer, a microwave), a dining room, a living room with a large sofa and a TV. 4 large bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet. An open room in addition. Wi-Fi connection available.
