Vacation rentals with a patio in La Roquette-sur-Siagne

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

Superbe appartement très bien situé au cour de Cannes. L'hôte était très réactive et a su réagir rapidement face aux petits imprévus. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter :-)

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights. The pictures do not do it justice, the BnB is absolutely amazing, the cleanliness was that of a hotel but had a private, homely feel to it. We had everything we needed and felt very safe and secure. It’s walking distance to the local super market and pharmacy. There is a direct bus to Cannes that is only 40 minutes and loads to do within a short distance. I would recommend this BnB to anyone and would stay here again. The host, James is very hospitable, extremely responsive and flexible to suit your needs. Very lovely all round!

Appartement en hauteur, lumineux et au calme avec terrasse au soleil le matin, proche du bord de mer (palais des festivals), très pratique et fonctionnel. Quelques petite détails à peaufiner vu le prix (ampoule à changer, serviettes, vaisselle ébréchée). Sinon très bien

Je viens de passer un super séjour dans cette appartement. Conforme au photos, une literie d’exception rien à dire que merci de proposer un logement de haute qualité. Une résidence top avec piscine très bien entretenu.

Abbiamo passato un weekend bellissimo nella villa di Herve. Ottima posizione, alloggio pulito, spazioso e dotato del necessario. Bellissima piscina. Super consigliato!

We had a truly amazing stay at Martine's villa. Both Martine and Dalila are extremely accommodating, very friendly and welcoming. They were very responsive and flexible in catering for our needs and really looked after us. The villa is breath-taking and the kids especially loved the pool. We hired a car but Mougin has enough very walkable amenities too-such as boulangerie, tobac, pizza takeaway and restaurants 5/10 mins walk away. Old Mougin village is small and very picturesque (15 min walk), where we enjoyed looking at art and playing boules. (You can borrow boules from the tourist information office). We also enjoyed day trips in the region such as to Cannes, Nice, Saint paul de Vence and Grasse. This is a beautiful region and a beautiful house in which to relax and enjoy your holiday. We would really love to return and stay at Martine's villa again.

Wir können die Unterkunft von Elisabeth und Clinton nur empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und die Größe ausreichend. Beide sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten und sprechen eine ganz klare Empfehlung aus! Danke nochmal.

We had a great time at Charlotte’s beautiful house. Nothing was too much trouble and she kindly provided a whole array of baby accessories such as a cot/ bath and high chair at our request! Air conditioning was in two of the bedrooms - ideally would have liked it in all but fans were provided. The house was stunning and clean and we loved using the outdoor court yards for each meal. The swimming pool was also a big hit. The owners recommended Auberge du Vieux chateau for my mother’s birthday meal and it was outstanding- in the local town of Cabris. A must. Hosts very approachable and accommodating! We would definitely recommend this house to others :)

We had a great stay at Violaine's villa. There were 4 of us and we were just after some relaxation and sunshine and this couldn't have been a better option for us. Beautiful views, gorgeous pool and 4 extremely comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor space had lots of seating areas, sun loungers and a large dining table. Sadly we couldn't get the gas BBQ to work despite the caretaker coming out to show us how to get it going, so I think that might need replacing, but we just cooked our food in the kitchen instead so it didn't matter hugely. Violaine was very helpful and clearly cares about her guests. We visited Barca Beach club & restaurant which she recommended which we loved and were treated very well. Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return!

Our stay was perfect. The house is spacious, comfortable, and full of old-world charm, with beautiful gardens surrounding it and a lovely pool to relax by. The setting is peaceful and private, yet very convenient. The local village, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, is just a 15- 20-minute walk away — it’s charming, laid-back, and much less touristy than nearby St-Paul-de-Vence, with great local amenities and plenty of dining and drinking options. The host, Floortje, went above and beyond — she helped us sort out a medical issue on a Sunday, which we could never have managed alone. She also had lots of great recommendations and was extremely kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. A truly relaxing and memorable place. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience. The house was beautifully maintained and equipped with great amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The host was exceptional—responsive and a great communicator, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant visit. The only downside was the location; we had to drive everywhere to reach local attractions, dining options, and grocery stores, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped stay, as long as you're okay with driving to get around.

Un superbe logement que je recommande. L'emplacement est parfait, à proximité à pied du centre (on voit la mer depuis le salon), dans une zone où on peut stationner gratuitement, comptez à peine 5 minutes pour atteindre le centre à pied. Le logement est spacieux, lumineux, impeccable. Parfait pour un séjour court à Cannes !

We have just arrived back from having stayed at Peter’s apartment in Antibes. We ,as a family of four ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and light and even though you are in the centre it is very peaceful and quiet. The area and the apartment felt very safe and secure . Peter was there to greet us and answered any questions that we had. It was lovely having the little balcony and the extra loo. My highlight was having a fan as well as the air conditioning in each bedroom ,as l like a cold bedrooms. The apartment is well laid out and has all the appliances that you need and is well equipped. Thank you Peter for a wonderful stay.

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Dominique und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Scheibe wurde in Nizza eingeschlagen und Dominique und seine Frau haben uns geholfen die Scheibe vorübergehend mit Pappe und einer Mülltüte abzudecken. Sie haben sogar noch probiert mir eine neue Scheibe zu besorgen, leider erfolglos, da sie bestellt werden müsste und das von der Zeit nicht mehr geklappt hätte. Da wir 10 Tage in der Unterkunft waren, hatte uns seine Frau sogar angeboten unsere Wäsche zu waschen. Die Unterkunft war wirklich schön und hatte alles was man braucht. Der Pool und die Aussicht waren wunderschön. Wenn wir nochmal runter fahren würden, würden wir die Unterkunft aufjedenfall nochmal nehmen. Vielen Dank nochmal an die beiden

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Appartement sehr genossen. Zimmer, Küche und Badezimmer sind sehr sauber und sehr gut und funktional ausgestattet, so dass man tatsächlich auch etwas aufwändiger selbst kochen kann. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas weiter entfernt, so dass man dafür auf jeden Fall ein Auto benötigt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Ausflüge in die Städte und das Hinterland der Côte d’Azur zu unternehmen. Anne Christine und Daniel sind als Gastgeber äußerst nett und hilfsbereit, immer schnell erreichbar und hatten gute Tipps für die Umgebung.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Hermine. Sa sœur Maria nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. L’appartement a largement dépassé nos attentes : c’est un lieu charmant, chaleureux et parfaitement équipé. La grande terrasse est un véritable atout, idéale pour se détendre. Le logement est très bien situé, à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la gare de Cannes — un emplacement parfait pendant le Festival pour profiter de la ville tout en s’éloignant de l’agitation du centre. Pour un prochain séjour sur la Côte d’Azur, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
