In a green setting, my house is on the river bank. Let yourself be charmed by the songs of the birds and the calm of the place. The 25 m2 studio, in the basement and very cool in summer, is composed of a bedroom area, a kitchenette, a shower and toilet in the main room. TV present, terrace upstairs. It is conveniently located, 5 minutes from the medieval city of Chauvigny, 25 minutes from the Futuroscope, 30 minutes from Poitiers and Châtellerault, 20 minutes from Civaux and on the Scandiberian Way.

New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Beautiful accommodation located in a historic building (known as the "Camp of the Cloth of Gold"). You'll be captivated by its breathtaking view of the 12th-century Palace of the Dukes of Aquitaine and its view of the medieval town center. Everything you need for an ideal stay will be provided and we will be happy to accommodate your needs at any time! Please note, it is located on the 4th floor (the view and brightness come at a price...), and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Come and discover this peaceful accommodation, in the historic center. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a small quiet street between the river and the city center. You will have a parking space, a spacious living room with sofa bed, TV, kitchen. In the other room, a bedroom with a double bed of 140. A laundry room to do your laundry, store your suitcases and other items. There is also a bathroom with shower and sink. Linens are offered at an additional cost.

Functional apartment, ideal for spa guests, business travelers or vacationers looking for a relaxing stay. Cozy little nest with views of the valley, located in the medieval city 5 min walk from the city center and 15 min walk or 4 min drive from the thermal baths. The studio is particularly appreciated by curists for its calm. It allows you to fully rest between treatments and to enjoy the stay independently. Accommodation not suitable for parties.

Completely refurbished to better accommodate you. There you will find a 160/200 king size bed with a natural bamboo mattress topper. Bath towels not provided. Bed linen, pillows, duvet, toilet paper and soap will be provided. Everything you need is there: microwave, coffee machine, fridge, full HD TV, dishes, cooking utensils. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Futuroscope, and has 1 free parking space. Non-smoking rental and no internet.

Our apartment is located on the ground floor of an old mill, located on the edge of the river. The hamlet is 2 km to Châtellerault Sud, highway exit, just before Futuroscope. It is a very quiet place, surrounded by greenery and located by the river. The department of Vienna is rich in tourist sites. The apartment is cozy and completely redone with nice amenities. The owners will be there to greet hosts.
