The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Il est également l'endroit parfait pour les amoureux d'activités de plein air. Je mets à votre disposition des VELOS ELECTRIQUES et un GPS. Garage fermé pour vos vélos et motos. Notre gîte est proche des Grottes de Remouchamps, du Monde Sauvage, du Ninglinspo, de Durbuy, Spa, La Roche en Ardennes, la cascade de Coo, des pistes de ski et de nombreuses brasseries locales.

L'appartement se trouve dans une ancienne maison type maison de maître entouré d'un parc avec des moutons . L'appartement dispose d'une chambre avec deux lits, pouvant accueillir 3 personnes au total (un lit double et un lit simple). Cuisine équipée avec frigo, four, four micro-ondes, taque vitrocéramique. Grand salon avec petite télévision par câble, bureau. Wi-fi gratuit.

Equipped with a brand new quality bed (queen size), a fitted kitchen, chairs, table, a bathroom, etc. It has a separate entrance, the guests can enjoy the privacy and relax. Located in a quite street, just 2km away from the city center, near the Thermes of Spa, close to the golf and the forest. The Spa-Francopchamps circuit is just 15min away by car (12km).

It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
