You'll be steps away from restaurants and the craft district—perfect for exploring the city on foot. The apartment consists of: A comfortable bedroom (double bed) and a living area with sofa. An open and equipped kitchen. A functional shower room. Perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple, a nature getaway or a discovery stay in Southern Brittany.

Located in a cul-de-sac in the heart of La Roche Bernard in southern Brittany, you will appreciate its calm and proximity to shops and all amenities. Just 15 minutes from the beautiful beach of the gold mine in Pénestin or 22 minutes from the beaches of Damgan, you will enjoy the pleasures of the Atlantic Ocean. Also close to La Brière Regional Park (10 min). Other cities to visit: Vannes 40 km away, Guérande 25 km away, La Baule 30 km away, La Turballe 30 km away.

On the quays of the old port, the apartment has been recently renovated. 1 bedroom and an office: a double bed in the first 9 m2 bedroom and two bunk beds in the office (6 m2). The 42 m2 apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator access, access by a staircase of a few steps. Fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, combined microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine. 4K TV. Wi-Fi. Bike storage. Beds made, towels, tea towels and cleaning included.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.
