Pet-friendly vacation rentals in La Richardais

The house and our stay were exactly what we needed for our brief Easter getaway! our host's communication was clear and forthcoming, and she was flexible when we needed to delay our arrival a little. check in was easy and clear, and the guides tour of the house and facilities beyond expectations. the amenities were great, we unfortunately didn't get to use the bicycles available... we did enjoy the warmth of the fireplace to take the edge off the spring evening temperatures! the beds were comfy, the shower hot and spacious, and having a second toilet is always a bonus. The only comment I had is that the cleaning fee for a 3 days stay was very high (roughly the same as we pay for a deep clean of our entire house, about twice the size of the property)... otherwise... perfect, and despite thatbone thing, we would still book again if they'll have us back! thanks you Danielle and Agence Cocoon!

Étienne and Valérie are welcoming, available and yet discreet hosts. We had a great week in the townhouse of their residence, clean, very well equipped and with the fenced garden and terrace which are really a plus, especially for our dog! The quiet environment, the Carrefour Market a three-minute walk away and the beach a 7-minute walk away also make it a perfect place for holidays. Close to intra muros and 20 minutes from Cancale by car. I highly recommend this rental for a couple who likes to take long walks or a family with two children. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Everything was perfect! Marie Laure is really very friendly, very available and has excellent advice, small gifts upon arrival. Perfect place, as described, clean and spacious for the two of us and our 4 dogs. The garden is perfectly adapted, perfectly enclosed, animals can't escape. Shopping center a few hundred yards away (discount supermarket, bakery, Grand Frais etc.). 3 beaches 2.5 km away (Le Pissot and beaches of La Vicomté et de l 'Écluse), Dinard centre is 2.5 km away. A really perfect place, we would come back if Marie Laure stayed at La Richardais. We were really delighted with our stay.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is beautiful, warm, well-equipped and quiet. Everything is optimal for having a good time.

What caught our attention most was the extreme quality of all the facilities, and the taste with which all the amenities, inside and outside were made; the staircase is beautiful , away from the mediocre standards often encountered in rentals; We really appreciated the floor of the upstairs bathroom, teak boat deck style, the quality of the kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the general layout of the rooms. The whole place is perfect, thank you to our host.

We came to four teammates for a regatta. Adrien's place is perfect with a large, very nice living room. Well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom per level make a very convenient accommodation. Shops are reached by foot. We had a great stay. I recommend.

cute little studio on the 3rd floor without an elevator it makes you do sports😉, beautiful view from the balcony, shops and beach are within walking distance. We had a pleasant stay. It's a shame that the weather wasn't great, knowing the area well, it didn't stop us from going out we had fun walking around Dinan and St Malo, so when Brocéliande forest.

Very welcoming, clean and spacious house with a beautiful layout of the living rooms: living room, dining room, kitchen. Would highly recommend a stay here! Cecile and Greg couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was comfortable and Greg’s cookies were absolutely delicious! We loved the peaceful location and the kids really enjoyed the pool and trampoline in the garden. Nearby Dinan is a beautiful town with lots to explore too.

The gite was large. Upstairs a very spacious bedroom with Netflix TV. Downstairs dining table, bench, kitchen, shower and a separate toilet. Parking the car next to the cottage. Reception and goodbye hassle-free. There is not much special to do in the immediate vicinity. Centrally located for visits to Brittany's sights by car. Definitely recommended.

Very clean cottage, close to very beautiful cities and beaches, swimming pool for children is a plus. Super quiet environment, it's relaxing. Welcoming and responsive hosts. To be repeated and recommended.

We had a lovely weekend with the family. The house is perfect to host a large family, very functional, very pleasant, bright, neat decoration. Very well equipped, we lacked nothing. I can only recommend it!

This is one of our best Airbnb stays . The host is so considerate. We were gifted home-made items on arrival like biscuits and preserves. The kitchen was excellently equipped. Everything had been thought of and organised. Although you were close to a road it was quiet and we didn’t get any noise issues from traffic. The bakers in the village was fantastic and also has general grocery items which was really useful. It was easy to get to excellent restaurants by car in all directions within 15 or 20 minutes. The beds were comfortable. There was English television available. We had a member of our party who had mobility issues and they were able to have a ground floor ensuite bedroom and only had to navigate about three steps to get into the property from where we could park the car just outside. The host was extremely responsive to questions before and during our stay. They were helpful and considerate..

John and Michaela’s country cottage is a true gem with all the modern conveniences but all the charm of a 1700’s farmhouse. Everything worked great and provided a good base to explore the north coast of Brittany from St. Malo west to Perros- Guirec . Although we had some typical damp early April weather during our stay it was always warming to return and put a wood fire on in the living room. Definitely 5 stars!

Our little weekend went very well. The place is beautiful and the apartment more than comfortable , there is absolutely everything , we did not lack anything. Christian is a great host, very accommodating and attentive. It was a nice meeting thank you again .

An excellent stay! At Robert's, there is absolutely nothing missing to feel good; full kitchen, impeccable bedding, cleanliness, comfort, warmth, total calm and a welcome kindness from the owner. Just an 8-minute drive from Lamballe, supermarkets and everything you need to enhance your trip (restaurants, train station, shops etc.). Highly recommended of course for a stopover in the area, a couple's vacation or a business trip (which was my case for this period).

Great place with great hosts very responsive and Didier took care of us! Hosts very accommodating also for our departure schedule. Really good accommodation, clean and functional! We recommend it, please do not hesitate!
