I felt right at home and safe, being a solo female traveler that is important!! Easy to walk everywhere and great restaurants all around you:) Comfortable beds and pillows are an added plus ! Very nice detailed apartment in a very nice area..Always felt safe. Walkable..No gym or Sauna in the building..WIFI was fast and reliable, many reboots each day..Very nice stay in Santiago..I recommend the apartment.

Simply sensational! Américo is super helpful, the building staff as well as the doorman are very nice, helpful! They served us very well! The apartment is excellent, clean, organized! The view then is not even mentioned! Very close to the subway, cafes, restaurants! We walked for a short time and we were already in Costanera! Excellent accommodation!

We stay in a lot of airbnbs and this one is in the top 5-10% for sure. Highly recommend! Jed is a wonderful, kind, and professional host. His unit on the top floor was a lovely space and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, hot shower, washer for small loads, balcony (and roof deck), and a nice kitchen (though we didn't really use it.). We loved the coffee shop on the corner (1 min away) for breakfast and lunch or just a quick fresh juice. It was walkable to everything we wanted to do (hike San Cristobal, go to different restaurants, stroll through neighborhoods.). Jed shared lots of local information and assisted us in choosing reliable airport transportation (transvip.) One of the best hosts we've ever had. Would absolutely stay here again!

During our stay we felt very comfortable in the accommodation, it is equipped as described. We highlight its location, if you go shopping as we did, it is ideal either because of its location close to all the main shopping malls and it has a garage that connects by elevator to the apartment, so it was very convenient for us to unload luggage. We recommend it!

All very good. apartment well located. Excellent neighborhood. New building. Voltaria for sure. The only point of attention is that on the front avenue there is a lot of noise from passing cars, whoever is most sensitive to noise may be bothered. Excepting that the rest is perfect.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

The house is wonderful, just a little far. It was difficult to book tours, but as there were 7 of us, we booked a van for us.

I'm grateful to Yasna, even though my stay was short, it made me feel welcome. Nothing to say about the loft, it is private and has all the amenities, also in the house it feels a sociable and friendly environment. As a hostess she was excellent, she was always attentive to what she needed and was understanding with me.

The location is great, the room has enough space, Wi-Fi and TV work well. Everything was wonderful, just pay attention to the mattress. For couples weighing over 70 kg each and with back problems, the mattress “sinks”, which can become a problem for longer stays. Eduardo is organized, clean and very helpful. I recommend it to everyone! Oh, enjoy the shopping mall in front: good pizza; Dulce Pimenta, a 2nd floor restaurant, great, good dishes and fair price. Japanese on the 3rd floor, I recommend it.

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

My stay was simply perfect! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: new, well decorated, very clean and comfortable. The check-in was super smooth, without any difficulties, and the host was always available and attentive throughout the stay. The street where the apartment is located is quieter, without much nightlife, but with several options nearby, which was great for resting and, at the same time, having easy access to bars and restaurants. I highly recommend it, and if I return to Chile, I would definitely stay again! I want to come back in the summer to enjoy the terrace. Thank you Felipe!

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!
