Came across Diana's place when we (husband, myself and 2 kids aged 13 & 14) were looking for somewhere to stay for a few days. The apartment is massive. My kids were able to have their own space and bathroom as were my husband and I. Lovely lounge/diner space and kitchen had everything we needed. Check-in was excellent. Our flight was arriving early morning, and we asked if we could leave our luggage on-site until we could check-in. Hosts were able to allow us early check-in which was fantastic. The concierge was always on-hand and ordered a taxi to the airport when we were leaving. The pool was a lovely way to chill after a full on day of walking around the city. Well maintained and not too overlooked. The apartment location was excellent. Close to lots of attractions and also department store and supermarkets. Bus stop around the corner for buses into city or beach. Loads of local restaurants offering tapas or bigger meals or just a drink. Overall a fabulous stay! Thank you.

I had a great time thanks to Isabela. She was very welcoming and professional from the beginning. Our flight arrived early in the morning around 9:30 a.m., and although check-in is normally at 3:00 p.m., she kindly allowed us to enter earlier, which was really appreciated. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, quiet, and with a beautiful sea view. She responds promptly to all messages and shows a great sense of service. A respectful and pleasant person. We were great in the apartment. The truth is that the apartment had everything you need. We miss absolutely nothing. Anything we needed was found scrambling through the apartment. 30 minutes from Valencia and a 5-minute walk from the beach. If we can, we'll do it again. Thank you for everything Enrique!!

Very cozy and nice apartment in beautiful, calm neighborhood. José was very responsive and everything went very well overall. There is everything you need in the apartment and is situated in the perfect place, next to the beach but still in more calmer area than the main beach. We are very satisfied with everything.

They are the sweetest people you'll find in Valencia. They graciously extended our check out time and even helped us with weighing the bags as we needed to check it before our flight. Would definitely recommend the hosts and the apartment.

Everything is correct. Just as shown in the photos. Mila is very attentive and responds quickly. He made it easy for me to get in and out. Right on the beach.

We had a very nice stay! We arrived in the night and Maria was ready to receive us with clear instructions and in addition there was drinks and some goodies ready. A nice reception! The apartment is bigger than the photos suggest, there is nothing missing and there are plenty of towels. The balcony has a sea view and the beach is within walking distance. The car could be under the apartment for free. The complex is clean and quiet. A perfect place for exploring Valencia.

Location is perfect- good distance from park and 1 min from metro. Easy to get from airport. Pool is working and clean! Near good restaurants (we liked zazu) and consum and even mediamarket.

We were very comfortable in this beautiful apartment that as soon as we entered, we were struck by the cleanliness I had and how well it smelled. It is a very nice apartment with everything you need to spend time without missing anything. José Manuel was very kind at all times, he informed us of several options to be able to do these days, unfortunately the weather did not accompany and we will have to return to enjoy its beautiful pool and the large beach that is just a few steps away. We'll be back!!!

We stayed two weeks in Veronica's nice apartment. Everything was very good in the accommodation. Very well-equipped kitchen. You can almost cook any dish you want there, the equipment is sufficient wherever you want to cook. A couple of minutes walk to the beach and there are two nice beach chairs available. Wi-Fi is good. The area is very quiet and safe. A large nice pool and a very well-kept garden to enjoy. Good bus connection to city center. It takes about 40 minutes. Want a nice vacation? Rent Veronica's apartment!

Amazing apartment in a quiet area. Marisa is very helpful and we can find everything we need. There is children play area just downstairs and we have all the equipments for play in the apartment like football, mini golf, padel, ping-pong, sands toys… perfect for family with kids. There is a garage with private parking place, only 15min drive to the city center. And supermarket and good breakfast shop in walking distance. Highly recommended!

Wonderful room and nice owner

We had a great time in Valencia! Listing was as described, clean and very nice. The owners were super welcoming, always available and very proactive. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and were flexible about the check-out time, which was very nice. Really friendly and professional hosts – we highly recommend!

The Villa is a beautiful please and had more than enough equipment, seating, amenities. The villa was spotless, so welcoming and everything was set out clearly. Nacho and his brother who supported our check in was AMAZING! Explained everything, local area and happy to answer any questions. Nacho incredible host with an incredible Villa. The location was 15/20mins from all the main things including the city centre. 22mins by car. Local supermarket walkable and restaurants near by. Will be back soon!

Conveniently located to lovely large sandy beach, about 5-10 minutes walk away. Public transport close by to get to city centre. Property suited us fine. Kitchen is small but we only used the kettle for tea/coffee and didn't cook at all. Bedrooms over 3 floors. Living room also serves as dining room, but we didn't eat there so not an issue. Small food shops dotted around and lots of local restaurants. Isidro very helpful and quick to respond and provided useful info on where to want.

The house was amazing, better than we expected. Jose was an amazing host and was super helpful when we had any sort of queries. We had an amazing time in the villa and were very pleasantly surprised that all the amazing amenities were as described. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The house has 3 floors, bottom with kitchen living and sitting room, bathroom and a room with two single beds. 2nd floor had 3double bedroom including masters with en-suite, room with 2 bunk beds and a bathroom. Top floor was cinema, pool and children’s play room. Thank you again Jose you own a beautiful home and I cannot wait to be back.

Never being in Valencia, this was a wonderful location. Walk to the beach, dining was all around us and very good. Bus service to city center was wonderful. Bus Pass was great and thanks to Maria telling us about it, it did work. The space was wonderful, and each bedroom was just perfect for our family. The only thing that we missed was a patio or balcony to sit out in the morning to have out coffee. But we would return again. Thanks, Maria, for being the best host!!!! Also, your son was wonderful to help us with our Spanish.... Conner family

We have been very comfortable in the accommodation. And Carlos has always been very kind and attentive.

Superb accommodation close to the center of Valencia equipped on all points, nothing to complain about. The house makes 10 times better than pictured the impeccable pool the gym is large and equipped as necessary I was able to follow my workouts despite the fact that I was on vacation we spent a very good week in Valencia and the accommodation and one of its reasons again thank you to the two hosts who were very welcoming and responsive to the slightest problem. We had a lovely time in Ricardo's place. The house is very well organised and super clean. The garden was very relaxing with a BBQ option. Plenty of space for our 2 big dogs to run around. Walking distance from the town and shops. We will definitely come back.
