I had a fantastic stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made the check-in and check-out process seamless. The location was perfect – close to beach. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

One of the most practical apartment I have ever booked in Airbnb. We, 2 families with one toddler each had a very pleasant stay for 3 nights here. Jose and Alba were always very attentive and communicated very well from the time of booking till the checkout. We would definitely visit again.

Great host and a beautiful view

Carla is a great host. She waited for us to arrive late into the night. The apartment is nicely decorated and has everything one initially needs—especially the Nescafé coffee machine. There are local stores one can walk to you can buy the essentials like bread and coffee. There’s a Carrefour supermarket just 10 minutes drive and a couple other supermarkets in the town of Puçol. The location is perfect for a quick drive into the city (25 minutes). The boardwalk in Poçul is only a couple of blocks from the apartment with restaurants and ice cream shops. A Valencia is a beautiful city and we followed the recommendations Carla gave us. Our stay was too short 5 days but we plan on coming back for a longer time. 100% recommend!

Enrique's place is a small pearl: well arranged, clean and with all amenities (sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, cutlery, hygiene and cleaning products...). We had a pleasant stay. Enrique is a responsive and friendly host, who gave us all the instructions we needed to access the accommodation and have a pleasant stay. The neighborhood doesn't pay off at first, but just walk around a bit to see its picturesque side. The beach is a few blocks from the apartment and, depending on the time, it is relatively easy to find a parking space. We strongly recommend!

Marta a great host with good communication. The accommodation faithful to the description and photos. Next to a supermarket and 7 min walk to the beach of Canet and the promenade area with restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at Francisca’s place! The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved eating out on the balcony and watching the sunrises and sailboats. The location was very family friendly with lots of fun things for kids to do. The price was great and we hope to return some day. We would definitely recommend Francisca's place!

A fantastic stay, right in the beach and sea front, near many good local restaurants and a really modern apartment to help relax.

Konstantin was a friendly host who was always in perfect communication, before and during our stay. Apartment was clean and well-maintained, and in a convenient location, right across from the mercado central. Only needed to use the metro, 15 minutes walk away, to get to and from the airport. Beware if you are visiting during the Fallas celebration. The fireworks, firecrackers, explosions, and partying were very loud outside, into early hours of the morning during our stay that was during Fallas. The plaza area outside the mercado central was a destination for Fallas celebrants and there was also a music stage installed for some of the nights of the event. Thankfully, the loud music ended at 22:30 on the nights the stage was active. The firecrackers, fireworks, explosions, and partying however would sometimes go on until 2 or 3am or later. Never got a good night's sleep. This is not to fault the host. Just the reality of Fallas and the apartment location.

It was a phenomenal stay, the apartment was very clean and with everything you need for your stay. Regarding the area, we found it very accessible and beautiful, it was a 10-minute drive from the port, 30 minutes from Valencia!! We should note that we had a barbecue that we used a lot and for us, it was the best part of the stay. The host has always been very decisive and attentive to us, of course it seems to us that it is totally worth it and more so when the weather is good. The only thing that could improve is that there is no wifi, as he clearly indicates in the listing, and for long stays it would be nice.

Host always very helpful and friendly! Nice apartment in a very quiet residential area, suitable for a relaxing stay. The town center is easily accessible by car or on foot. Large pine forest in front of the apartment. We'll be back if we pass through the area again! Recommended!

We were very happy with our stay at Fabrizio's apartment. He was very attentive and patient with our requests. The apartment met all our expectations, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The area where it is located is very nice and relatively close to the points of interest and very close to the beach. There are also many bars and restaurants in the area, as well as supermarkets for the necessary shopping. 100% recommended. Without a doubt, if we had to go back, we would stay here again!

The apartment is true to the listing. Everything was ready when we arrived and we benefited from a welcome kit (tea, coffee, fruit juice, some madeleines but also shampoo and shower gel). There are several bus stops nearby to get to the city center, the aquarium, the albufera or the sea. Check-in is fall. Franck helped us organize the tours and was responsive during our stay. Recommended!

Functional apartment and very well located. Close to the sea, close to 2 large supermarkets and the swimming pool (everything was within walking distance). Some restaurants near the apartment including the Pep's restaurant with excellent value for money. The pool is very large and supervised. Private underground parking. The apartment is well equipped and the L-shaped terrace allows you to eat and hang out the laundry without worries. The residence is quiet although it is very large. The fruit and vegetable market, twice a week, is right across from the apartment, so no need to stock up and plan too many errands. The seaside resort is very clean, and only Spaniards, we saw very few foreign tourists. There is also a gas station on the corner, as well as a bakery. Maria is very nice, and responds quickly to questions.

If you want to stay in the center of Valencia, sleep on comfy beds and have a lot of space: then this is your place! Easy to find and great communication. Would definitely recommend!

The accommodation is of high quality and very spacious. Parking has plenty of parking. The village is nearby, a few minutes by car.

We had a lovely stay. The place was clean and conveniently located near the sea, nature reserve and buses into valencia.

Jorge has been a great host, he treated us as if it were his family, we will return for sure. The apartment was very well located with all the necessary amenities, the area is very quiet and familiar, with parks and sports areas. It has the beach very close , restaurants , etc. We felt right at home. Thank you very much Jorge.

We spent a fabulous family weekend at Victoria's apartment. Both the common facilities and the apartment are ideal for taking a few days of relaxation and rest ( the pool 🏊‍♂️ is on the floor of the apartment) Great for families 👨‍👨‍👦 or couples 👨‍❤️‍👨 looking to disconnect. All very spacious, clean and tidy. They take care of all the details 🔟 The beach🌊 and walk 50 steps away. ♥️♥️♥️WE'LL BE BACK♥️♥️ ♥️

We have been living in AirBnBs around the world for almost 4 years and Marisa’s place is one of the best. We spent 3 months here and specifically chose this AirBnB in winter as we knew from staying here previously how good it is. We cannot understate how great Marisa is as a host. Anything you need will not be a problem, she has always been so helpful to us. Unlike many AirBnBs you can simply unpack and enjoy. No extra cleaning needed, no need to request an item such as glasses or bowls or any other basic items that tend to be missing at many AirBnBs. In fact some of the best quality pots and pans can be found here. Also, in winter you’ll get full sun almost all day on the balcony and it’s absolutely quiet. You are minutes away (walking ) to the water or a fabulous grocery store + there is a great FREE local bus that in 10min takes you to the metro where you can travel into Valencia or all the way to the airport!! Thank you to Marisa for being such a great host. We hope to come back!

We had a great time , Emilio's place is really warm,cozy,very clean with everything you need in it. The pool and sea were so good , access to the sea close by. The lovely neighborhood,very polite. Puçol is a very quiet , peaceful little corner. For those who would like more entertainment or larger beaches,we were in Valencia which is 30 m from Puçol which is very lively. I recommend Emilio's place 100%,can't wait to come back!!! Thanks again to Emilio.
