We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The property was the ideal base for our week, with a short walk to lake beach and easy access to amenities. The house was clean and well presented and although one of the toilets was broken on arrival, Nathalie quickly organised a repair for the next morning. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay in St Jorioz, exploring the beautiful surroundings of Lake Annecy. The house was ideally situated in a calm neighbourhood, with great views of La Tournette and the hills. The house itself was beautiful with excellent facilities, including a lovely long outside table on the terrace where everyone could gather for meals. Armelle was a most charming and helpful host, very generous with ideas and facilities. We would highly recommend a stay in this wonderful place.

Spacious and comfortable apartment, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. It corresponds to the description and photos. Very good contact with the owner. We would highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Philippe's cottage. The cottage is very convenient because it's very well-equipped, spacious rooms, basement suitable for ski equipment. For skiing, it took us about 20-25 minutes in the morning, road not jammed around 9 a.m. Philippe was very responsive and kind. The delivery of breads and pastries in the morning is a real pleasure. The house is very nice and very functional. Its garden that walks the house, allows children to play, bike safely. The views are clear on the mountain. Its location allows quick access to lake activities and grocery stores, while being quiet. Jeremy is very kind, he is an attentive host to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We had a great stay with our family. We highly recommend this listing to everyone, especially families with children.

Ideal house for our family reunion! We enjoyed the many amenities and especially in the kitchen (sometimes succinct), the space and pleasant comfort of the rooms, the bathrooms, the modern and old decoration, a large TV screen, the general cleanliness, the small attention of the owner, the good hospitality compromise (concierge and linens provided) and the Airbnb concept is very well thought out for tourists. The lake views are stunning! Exchanges with the concierge were very fluid and responsive. The location is perfect for exploring the region. This house has a lived experience and we were happy to be part of it. We recommend without moderation!

We had a great stay in the Annecy area, the house was perfectly as described, very warm, functional and spacious, ideal for a group. We were able to cook, play, use the barbecue and enjoy the outdoors! Sylvain was very attentive and available throughout our exchanges, before then during the stay to advise us and guide us as best we can! Thank you also for the flexibility for check-in and check-out of the house, we enjoyed it very much. We recommend unreservedly:)

Sylvain is very friendly and helpful. The chalet is very large, pleasant and very well-equipped. It is a few minutes walk from the leisure base and the Aime bike path to Bourg Saint Maurice. I had a great stay.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Spacious house (with 13 of us, we didn't step on each other's toes). Well-equipped. Well-placed for the lake and mountain. In rainy weather the kids enjoyed the ping-pong and foosball.

We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

After many exchanges by message with Cendrine, we were warmly welcomed by Melanie. The house matched the description in every way. It is perfect for a family of 5. Our 3 children were able to enjoy the many games on site (swing, trampoline, children's playhouse without counting all the indoor games made available). For adults, there is everything you need: equipped kitchen, washing machine, gas barbecue, etc. Not to mention the semi-in-ground pool (more than enough to cool off) The beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking Albertville offers breathtaking views of the mountains. A nice petanque court allows you to relax while the kids play safely (fully fenced court) Close to all amenities. Finally, very clean house. A big thank you to Cendrine and her family for allowing us to have such a vacation and thank you also to Mélanie for hosting us.

Excellent week at Christine's, who is considerate, friendly, super-active and discreet. The outside (pool, terraces, garden) is better than in the pictures! There is some shade at any time of day, with no need for umbrellas. Very nice when it's very hot! Very quiet place, relaxing, without vis-à-vis, ideal for a family. Warm recommendation!

The stay at Sabine's was lovely. Her house is large, very well-equipped, 4 bedrooms with real large double beds (160 x 200). And of course the pool with the magnificent panorama!
