Well appointed and modern apartment, quiet in the evenings and beds extremely comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen and utensils. A short steep walk into town, or a longer easier route if necessary. 4m drive to the ski lift, we found parking every day. I’d recommend booking a ski locker in advance of a trip as they were all booked out over school holidays, so we had to keep skis in our car.

Excellent stay and accommodation with exceptional views and well-equipped. Accurate to photos. Point of attention, not towels. The owner is responsive, I would recommend!

We found the house fairly easily. Sandrine was accommodating after we arrived late due to Eurotunnel delays the day before. The house was lighter and brighter than in the photos and was very prettily decorated with lovely Alpine things- even Christmas decorations which was lovely. It was all very clean, tidy, modern and warm. I had possibly misread the room descriptions because the third bedroom is an alcove in the upstairs hall and not a bedroom with a door. My teen daughter was upset and then had an argument with her brother about who had the room with the door but as he is too tall for the junior bunk bed she ended up with it and it was fine. We very much enjoyed our stay. There is a fondue dish and a raclette set which was great. We were worried about being snowed in but the snowplough was out at 5.30am. The house is near a main road so there was a very small amount of road noise. Sandrine and Yann are friendly and helpful - thank you very much.

Our stay with Tiffanie and her family was perfect! We appreciated the location of the house, located in the heights of Saint Jorioz which is easily accessible by car (10min). Annecy is 35-40min depending on traffic. Quick tips: the GPS indicates to take a steep path and forbidden to traffic just before arriving at the house, ignore it and continue straight ahead before turning right at the next intersection (many + passable). The accommodation is very functional and refurbished, the furniture and decor are of quality! We particularly appreciated the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), as well as the garden and the beautiful equipped terrace. We had a lovely stay with the family in a beautiful place, with a lovely view. Very large house, well maintained, lots of amenities available. The pool is beautiful sized and heated with a magnificent view. The pool house is very nice and functional. Walking distance village. Small but charming with beautiful walks to do. Property managed by Conciergerie De Savoie who was always available and responsive. Owner available too! Highly recommend the space.

We had a great time at Celine's place. The house is ideally located (shops, cheese shop, gas station, ski resort, nearby), it is clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and matches the photos in every way. Celine welcomed us warmly and gave us all the instructions we needed to make our stay go smoothly.
