Monthly Rentals in La Periquera

Overall we had a great time in the house! The lady looking after the house Rubidia was always lovely and helpful with anything we needed, plus she has her own restaurant and will deliver food from her menu to the house when asked! Also, her brother-in-law was kind enough to take us on a boat trip out to the mangroves which was a highlight of the trip. The house itself was lacking in storage space, especially in the bedrooms and kitchen, however I think they are in the process of making improvements. Otherwise, we found it clean when we arrived and there was air conditioning in the bedrooms so we slept comfortably. The good sized pool was also cleaned every day. The house is right on a beautiful beach which had the best sunsets. And if you don't want to be out in the midday sun, the hammocks are a must to take in the sea breeze.

I had our first babies gender reveal at Garden Beach. The host was very flexible with everything and they had an on site caretaker who was very helpful. Garden beach didn’t just excel as lodging but they excelled in making one of the most memorable events in our lives come true. There was enough parking and space for everyone. The rooms were perfect and the views were amazing. The whole place was perfect! Thank you so much Garden beach for being amazing hosts. I recommend this place 100%.

Very satisfied with the stay, it has an excellent location, with access to the beach nearby and restaurants. It's worth staying several days to disconnect and rest. 100% recommended and we would definitely stay at Alma Vita again.
