Lara's place is perfect for groups. Spacious, comfy beds and pillows, complete with the right appliances that will make you feel home. Area has a supermarket just across and a 24/7 coffee place. There are also local stores and restos that are just a few blocks away.

Iloilo is indeed a City of Love----but what made our trip even more memorable was staying at Karen’s Place. It truly felt like home! Even if you just stay in, it still feels like a vacation. The property is spotlessly clean, fully equipped with all the essentials. The AC is cold, the bed is super comfy, and we had zero issues with the internet—perfect for remote work. Karen is a very responsive and accommodating host, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The building’s security personnel were also friendly and helpful. Plus, the view from the cozy nook area is just lovely. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Iloilo!

We had an amazing stay in the unit. The description really matches what the actual unit looks like. Very accessible to some tourist spots and to public transportation. Her place is your home away from home. We immediately felt comfortable upon our arrival. However, the wifi connectivity was very slow. It didn’t bother us much but the car parked at the garage was inconvenient and made the entrance narrow. Overall, it was a great deal and experience. We really enjoyed the place. It’s beautiful as described and as shown in the pictures. You won’t regret booking it for your vacation. The host was responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your place to us.

My family had a great time. The house was big and spacious, with parking area as well. Allison was a great host and was very responsive and also considerate by letting us use one room before checkin time. Would highly recommend this esp to big groups.

The amenities were complete and the room was tidy. The owner was so thoughtful that she provided everything that we needed. However, the color of the curtains were too light and the materials were thin which made the room too bright and not very conducive for sleeping during the daytime. I would highly recommend the place to anyone who would like to stay in Iloilo and closer to restaurants, shopping and just to have fun in Iloilo. Overall, we had a great time staying at Charm’s condo. And lastly, it’s a pet friendly place!

No wonder Lara Mae and her family belonged to the category of superhosts. They took great care of us and our concerns. I initially booked another airbnb, but due to poor communications, I cancelled it and found Lara’s place. She was responsive from start to finish. Her place was also homey and very accessible to Megaworld and Festive Walk. It has everything you need - from water to toiletries and even towels! We will definitely return and book her place again. The experience was beautiful. ❤️
