The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, the space was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect and peaceful.

My friends and I enjoyed the stay there. Though the cabinets and furnitures isn’t that well maintained but the price is still reasonable.

Second time staying at this beautiful house. It makes a great three day weekend break from Manila. Beach is gorgeous and house has everything you need. We’ll be back!

Eduardo was a great host and his place was homey and comfortable

The amenities were complete and the room was tidy. The owner was so thoughtful that she provided everything that we needed. However, the color of the curtains were too light and the materials were thin which made the room too bright and not very conducive for sleeping during the daytime. I would highly recommend the place to anyone who would like to stay in Iloilo and closer to restaurants, shopping and just to have fun in Iloilo. Overall, we had a great time staying at Charm’s condo. And lastly, it’s a pet friendly place!

Great place to stay and the place is good for tourists who would like to explore the city. The host instruction are clear. Its just if you have questions it will take quite time to response specially for me thats a first timer using airbnb but if you are a long time user the host gave a complete instruction thats easy to navigate and I was just surprise of the adjacent door to the other room. But thats just tiny details that I can overlook since the place was a great deal and got the best location. 👌🏻

No wonder Lara Mae and her family belonged to the category of superhosts. They took great care of us and our concerns. I initially booked another airbnb, but due to poor communications, I cancelled it and found Lara’s place. She was responsive from start to finish. Her place was also homey and very accessible to Megaworld and Festive Walk. It has everything you need - from water to toiletries and even towels! We will definitely return and book her place again. The experience was beautiful. ❤️

Karen’s place was very homey and well-equipped, with everything from toiletries to kitchenware, appliances, and even an honesty store. Everything was neat, organized, and easy to find. Karen was also a very responsive host! We had a great time using the karaoke and playing the games available. The area is walkable, but you can also easily take a trike or book a Grab to nearby stores and restaurants. Overall, a great staycation experience!

staying for a second time feels like home already. My daughter and youngest sister enjoyed the pool all by themselves. Still, a highly recommended place to stay in iloilo 💯
