It has parking for one car, a laundry room in the backyard, 15 minutes from downtown walking and just over 2 km from the pier. It has 3 mini-splits and a TV in each bedroom to enjoy their favorite series. Around the corner you have an OXXO convenience store and a few steps away from several stores.
