The apartment matched our expectations and photos. Very spacious, well arranged, very beautiful. The terraces were a plus. The very quiet, peaceful neighborhood with boats nearby. Very good restaurants on the port. A long weekend in November that made us feel fully refreshed. We'll be back. Thanks to Thierry and Annie. And to Silviane who was very considerate and attentive.

The location right on the beach is perfect. There is a beautiful large balcony where you can eat and relax wonderfully. I admired the sunrise every morning. A bus stop is very close and the entire Giens peninsula is always worth a trip. I will definitely come back.

Romain and his wife have a beautiful home, even more beautiful in real life. We appreciated the location practically on the sea, the windows with a beautiful view, the new and renovated house super comfortable. The really comfortable and spacious mini pool with very strong jets. Romain available and his wife so nice and kind gave us great directions. Surely, if we go back to La Pradet, we will rebook this beautiful villa. Thanks to bientot !

My partner and I had a great time in this beautiful place, which is perfectly true to the description and photos of the listing. The terrace, directly open to the living room, is very quiet, sunny, and allows you to admire the salt marshes and the magnificent landscape in the best conditions. The apartment is also easily accessible because it is served by the road between Hyères and Giens, but also away from this same road, so perfectly quiet. And the presence within a 5min walk of a grocery store/bakery/market gardener and a bike rental allows you to leave the car at the parking lot for the duration of the stay. Also a big thank you to Label Prestiges for the welcome, availability and responsiveness for allowing us to access the apartment very easily and independently, and for answering our questions without delay. We warmly recommend this apartment.

My boyfriend and I had an indescribably lovely time staying with David and Virginie. The place is stunning. Actually even nicer than in the photos. The terrace and sea view are unique. From the inside, it is clean and very tasteful and cozy. David and Virginia are very friendly and personable. They live above but work during the day and are also very discreet. Le pradet is a quiet and very picturesque place, but you can find everything you could ever need. We will definitely be coming back.

A very nice house in Port Grimaud II. We did not join the boat dock, but there is one. The garden is sunny in the morning. There are garden chairs and an awning. You can walk to the beach, which is especially valuable in high season, as you like to stand in a traffic jam and can't find parking if you drive to public beaches. The handling with Leason was extremely pleasant, very quick responses and solutions!

We appreciated our stay in Jean Bernard’s apartment immensely. Location top, parking close & practical, walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. The jacuzzi was the highlight for family time in the evenings and we loved visiting the nearby towns during the day. A perfect time-out in a lovely, modern flat on the canal. The rooftop terrace is spacious and well furnished and the overall design at Jean Bernard’s provides a relaxing, stylish beach feel. In short, a great stay in this apartment. The apartment although small is very functional and the living room is spacious enough. The decoration is very neat and tasteful. The sea view is beautiful. Access to the beach is a 3-minute walk with a short stretch on the road. Only downside, finding space on arrival can be a real headache! The value for money is correct. We did not have the pleasure of meeting our host but she was very responsive on the app and gave us specific instructions.

Our stay in Brigitte's place was very good. The apartment is close to the beach, remaining, market and bakery. It has a private and very beautiful beach. The place is exactly as described and the host was super friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it and hope to come back one day.
