great place, well worth the price with lots of space. 5 rooms, 4 with own full bathrooms. about 5 min walk to beach, convenience store, main strip with all the restaurants. felt very safe walking around with my daughter. air conditioning worked great with separate units in each room that worked very quickly. hosts were very helpful with advice or guidance on the house and the area

It's a cozy little place but has everything that you need. Cable TV has several channels along with Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. The 2 ACs work great. Comfy little couch. Washer & dryer came in handy. Overall, not bad.

the House in general is very good but we are also Airbnb hosts and if we detect that the house occupies maintenance in general so that the price is worth it. The location is fine in a very private area.

We loved this Airbnb, very spacious, the area is very quiet and close to the beach, it had all the amenities available as shown in the ad, Kim was super friendly from the beginning, she welcomed us to the house and gave us instructions for everything, I would definitely stay here again,

This location is perfect for anyone with family as the amenities are perfect. Your able to sit and relax at the condo or simply set up picnic by the pool. The beach is like a 5 min drive. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent stay that we had in Mazatlan, the house meets all the amenities, expectations and as seen in the photos, a very large and very comfortable place to live with family and friends, the best is security, very central and many things close to eat and an oxxo. Maria Elena always behaved excellent, with very good disposition and attitude always, with very good opening apart from very nice person, we had no problem the truth and everything was 10, thank you very much for everything, we will return.

The house is beautiful. The staff is great, very receptive to our needs. I hosted an Art Retreat and the women loved the house as well. Mazatlan is beautiful. The house is walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores. Can't wait to come back. A big thank you to the staff. We love you.

In general terms, it was very nice. I think the Wi-Fi speed was not enough , a lot of intermittency and the speed didn't reach even 10 mb. Very slow🥲.
