Vacation rentals with a fireplace in La Livinière

We came as a group of 7 for a bachelorette party and had a great time at the house (sufficient and properly equipped spaces). The outside is as nice as the inside. The house is spotless and the services offered match reality. Thank you again for this warm welcome! We recommend this property.

What a pleasure to arrive in this peaceful place from where we could go on our different hikes. Well done for this treasure hunt that we won't reveal any more: it takes imagination and mutual support between participants. Well done for your works that make this place unique.

Everything has already been said. The fisherman's house is located in an idyllic place and in an Olympian calm. We felt immediately at ease and Denys' welcome was very warm and friendly. Admittedly, some maintenance work is necessary, but as Denys says, various external factors mean that this is not always possible. But the feeling of living in symbiosis with nature makes you forget these small disadvantages.

We had a very nice stay. The house is cozy, with fireplace, and especially with children ideal – there are many games, puzzles and books. Even on a rainy day, we were able to keep the kids busy so well. Everything is lovingly decorated, there is plenty of space, a very well equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden. A special highlight of course was the fantastic view and an evening walk on the dirt roads that start right behind the house and where there are chickens, cows and donkeys to discover. Joëlle was an attentive host and provided us with many helpful excursion tips and addresses. Thank you – we would have liked to have stayed longer!

We had a fantastic holiday in the most beautiful accommodation and setting that we have ever stayed (and we like nice places 👌). The rural and peaceful setting is idilic, the house is so charming and Gilles was so helpful and friendly throughout our stay! We wanted peace, quiet and beauty… Claudine and Vincent's house and its magnificent view gave us all that! Thought, designed and furnished by them, this house with noble materials in a preserved environment exudes a very soothing atmosphere, bringing a lot of serenity. We highly recommend a stay at Claudine and Vincent's who, in addition, welcomed us personally, are very responsive and friendly.

Our stay at Le Barn was wonderful - a cosy, comfortable and retreat away from the busyness of usual life. The views and quietness were incredible. Jenny and Alexandre were lovely hosts, friendly but gave us our space. We’d definitely recommend a stay in the hills here if you’re after tranquility and nature. Stock up on groceries before you arrive to make your stay more relaxed as there are no local shops but there is a grocery van that comes several times a week to the hamlet. We had a great couple of days’ stay

A delightful place. The perfect blend of a quiet place in a lively and active neighborhood. Open and light-filled. It was a short walk to the Cathedral and the Toulouse-Lautrec museum. Lots of restaurants and the covered market close by. You do need to be willing to climb some stairs, but that's France.

Paul's studio is very nice and has everything. There's everything, and more. It's better than described in the listing and is in a great location. Plus, it's a place that has a soul. And this soul is given to him by Paul, the host, with his kindness, his attentiveness and his gentlemanliness. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended.

This apartment in an eighteenth century old building was in an ideal location for visiting Albi. Everything was accessible on foot, and a secure parking space was available if you have a car. The beautifully decorated apartment was very well equipped for a two week stay. Marie-José was a wonderful host. She picked us up from the station, and explained the ins and outs of the apartment before leaving us to enjoy our holiday. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay in a special place in Albi, and visit this beautiful area of France.

Very comfortable and spacious accomodation with great views and easy access to the citadel and Ville Basse. Well equipped kitchen and several options for eating in and outdoors. Entertainment includes bicycles, table tennis and nice pool. Pierre communicated well and responded quickly to any queries.

a small night spent during a trip to 6 for the large buffet. ideally located, the sleeping and the configuration of the house and great , the pool side arrived puts back in shape of the journey and Florence was able to welcome us as it should be. I recommend

A superb stay in an exceptional and serene setting. Gilles was a great host, very responsive and extremely friendly. We were greeted with everything we needed to facilitate our arrival and welcome gifts! This is really very much appreciated. The accommodation is just a pearl nestled on the heights of Narbonne... the change of scenery is total and the disconnection is guaranteed! Situated off a country road, down a little lane with two or three houses nearby, Guillaume's house offers a beautiful, tranquil respite from the world. The house is well equipped, very spacious, great kitchen, comfy beds, and the outside terrace is quite big and partially covered so you can escape the sun when necessary. Guy and Agnes, the parents of Guilluame, were warm and welcoming. Guy gave us an extended tour of his vineyards and pistachio tree orchard, which are just stunning. We had a personal tasting of his wine that was wonderful. We enjoyed the vineyard views from the terrace, loved listening to the great variety of birds and the stargazing at night was awesome. We need to go back!!

I had the pleasure of staying two nights in a remarkably decorated, bright, quiet and perfectly equipped accommodation. The setting is both peaceful and very pleasant. I would like to thank Sabine and Eric for their high quality welcome, availability and sense of service. Their wise advice on local activities and good addresses greatly enriched my stay. I also had the chance to discover local products made available in the accommodation. It was a very successful experience, which I will be happy to repeat to continue discovering the region.

Cédric is great - stuck around to help us resolve a few unpredictable issues on arrival, and offered great support throughout the stay. Awesome location and views. Very easy to walk into the city, and lots of outdoor space to relax in. 100% recommend. Do not visit Chateux de Gaure winery though - it was a disaster. Should’ve stuck with Cédric’s recommendation!
