It is a beautiful and cozy place to spend a few days with the family. The place is clean, equipped with everything needed for cooking, cleaning, and maintaining food. The pool is very nice, as are the living areas and the green area. You have to leave the residential to get to the beach but it is about 5 minutes away , super close. Don Elmer and Doña Arely are very attentive and friendly. Our host was quick to respond as well. It's a fairly calm and safe place.

honestly one of the best places we’ve stayed. the private pool was the best, the place was perfect size for us and it was right next to the beach. the beds were firm which was perfect for us, super clean and great hosts!! we’re already planning our trip back (we also loved the hammock)

Great stay, walking distance to the beach, clean and has all the amenities you need.

The apartment is perfectly located in El Zonte. One minute (maybe less) walk to the surf, sand and many restaurants. Yet, once you step through the brilliantly designed front fence/gate made of thick and very tall Bamboo, and into your outdoor living area, you feel a sense of peace and privacy. The outdoor kitchen is a pleasure to make your morning coffee and breakfast. As well as, being fully equipped for cooking any type of dinner you may wish. The bedroom and beddings were super clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also fresh and clean, with a great shower that even has hot water if you need it (not common in housing in that area). Lastly, the host is wonderful to communicate with via the app and was always quick to reply and helpful. You can tell she wants you to enjoy your time in the apartment all while giving you your privacy. So... yes of course, book this apartment if you can. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Highly enjoyed our stay at Carlos’s beach bungalow. Safe and conveniently located. The private beach and private pool are fantastic. Carlos also went out of his way to answer any questions for us. Definitely recommend!

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved the space. The pool was fantastic for cooling down, and the location was excellent for walking into to town. The space was clean and we felt safe in the location. Little bit of road noise in the mornings, but we were able to sleep thru it. Erika was a great host and we were easily able to figure out the little issue that we had. We would stay here again in an instant!
