This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. On a wooded enclosed lot, about 4000 m2. Quiet and peaceful. My house is on the same land, but everyone has their privacy. Close to Saumur, Angers, Le Mans, nature, the Loire, castles, the wine route, troglodyte cellars, forests, mushroom farms, guinguettes, hikes, zoological parks, and so many other things. Maine-et-Loire is rich and it's a good place to live.

On the port or starboard side, you will enjoy exceptional views of the Loire and the Thoureil, UNESCO World Heritage Sites. A stone's throw from the accommodation, we will welcome you to our shop for a guided tour and a tasting of our Crémants de Loire and our wines. A bike deposit is also available (€10 per day). Saumur city center is a 5-minute drive from the property.
