Composed of 3 bedrooms including one on the ground floor, a large living room of 40 m2, a large kitchen (basic condiments are present) of 30 m2, shower room and bathroom: And what if after an intoxicating walk by the ocean, you let yourself be tempted by the sweetness of a crackling fire?

Independent apartment completely renovated in a charming Charentaise in the heart of the village. The accommodation is quiet and is located 15 min from La Rochelle, 10 min from Chatelaillon beach and 20 min from the Île de Ré bridge. A patio is available to enjoy the outdoors: grills, sun loungers, relaxation... In the village you can enjoy many amenities such as a bakery, playground, supermarket, deli, pizzeria, and even a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.
