The elevator starts on the first level, as the ground floor is occupied by a commercial space with separate street access. To reach the apartment, you’ll enter the main door using a code provided before your arrival, go up about 15 steps to the first floor, and then take the elevator directly to the sixth floor, where the apartment is located. Upon entering, guests find a modern, functional, and carefully designed space, perfect for relaxing, working, or enjoying a seaside getaway. The interior features neutral tones, microcement finishes, and natural materials that create a sense of calm, harmony, and wellbeing. 🛏 Bedroom: A comfortable and cozy independent bedroom featuring two 1x2 m beds joined as a King-size bed (2x2 m) with hotel-quality mattresses. It includes a large wardrobe, safe, natural ventilation through a window, air conditioning (connected to the living area), and a 55" LG Smart TV with Internet access. All bedding is 100% white cotton, with two individual Nordic duvets and their covers. The window is fitted with blackout curtains to ensure total darkness for a restful sleep. 🚿 Bathroom: A full bathroom decorated in microcement, with a spacious walk-in shower. It comes stocked with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, as well as bath towels and color-coded beach towels for your stay. 🍳 Kitchen – Living – Dining area: The main area is open-plan, combining kitchen, dining, and living space in one bright and inviting room. The kitchen is fully equipped for long stays, including a dishwasher, oven-microwave combo, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, kettle, toaster, and blender, plus cleaning essentials and detergent tablets for both the dishwasher and washing machine. A welcome pack is also provided with tea, coffee capsules, sugar, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, a large bottle of water, and a small complimentary treat. Equipped with two bedrooms with double or twin beds and separate bathrooms, they offer the privacy and comfort you need. In these flats you will find a kitchen, living-dining room and a balcony where you can enjoy the open air feeling the Atlantic breeze. Fully equipped, with bed and bath linen, kitchen utensils and crockery, flat screen TV, Wifi, air conditioning, safe. Also designed for the little ones in the house with cot, high chair and children's gel. Cleaning service: At TocToc Suites Olof Palme, towels and tea towels are changed every 4 nights (from the 5th day onwards). For stays of more than 7 nights (from the 8th day onwards), a basic cleaning service is included free of charge (bathrooms, bedrooms, change of towels, tea towels and bed linen, dusting and floor cleaning). A full clean of the property will be carried out on departure. If you wish to request any additional cleaning service, you must contact the establishment (for a fee).

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six guests. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)
