The studio is attached to our home and is fully independent. It is located in the city center of Châteaubriant, a 5-minute walk from the town hall and the Étang de Choisel, a 10-minute walk from the castle, and close to the greenways (which are delightful). Despite the proximity to the city center, the street has very little traffic and is very quiet. You will have private parking in front of the studio and a small outdoor area. Possibility to store bikes safely. Looking forward to meeting you.

Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

My place is surrounded by multicenter trees of ancient roses and hydrangeas in a property dating from the 18th century 4 km from the town of Nort sur Erdre and its train station , 30 minutes from Nantes ,close to the canal from Nantes to Brest ideal for hikers on foot or by bike ,fishermen, canoe rides...many circuits in the area. Summer school holidays: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Outside vacation: Minimum 2 nights rental.
