2-level house with stairs. On the ground floor, you have a living room (sofa, TV, coffee table), a kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker) and a toilet. Upstairs are the bedroom and the bathroom (bathtub, toilet). Outside, there is a private courtyard to spend pleasant moments (table, chairs, deck chairs, awning). Right in the center of Grand-Auverné, close to shops (bakery/grocery, bar/restaurant, hairdresser). 16 km from Châteaubriant.

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.
