On the 3rd floor of a secure residence with elevator, this 14 m2 studio completely redone by an interior designer has been designed to be both functional and comfortable. The unobstructed view, not overlooked, offers plenty of light. Its courtyard side orientation offers guaranteed calm. This apartment is in the heart of the city, allowing you to do everything on foot (shopping, cinema, thermal baths, bars, restaurants, parks, opera, train station) Street parking is free.

The house is a recently built and welcoming chalet. You will enjoy a region ideal for hiking or discovering a rich local heritage. Located in a peaceful hamlet, you will be welcomed by Sam and Krisha, our friends and English neighbors. At 10 minutes from the highway (A89), between Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, the house can welcome 4 adults or a family with two children properly. Family house full of charm. You will appreciate its geographical location among the fir trees, the birds and the stream that sing, the mountain bike, hiking (departures in front of the house), and equestrian trails (Equi'nox 1 km away). The lockable cellar can accommodate your bikes, I leave 2 mountain bikes for the brave. The outdoor space will allow you to enjoy the sun, the barbecue. St Clément water park, La Loge des Gardes resort, climbing sites...

25 m² apartment, with double bed and sofa bed.

Our comfortable apartment is close to the capital of cutlery Thiers and the St Rémy sur Durolle lake, it will allow you to discover Puy de Dôme and the Livradois Forez Regional Natural Park. Just 35 minutes from Clermont Ferrand (5 minutes from the A89). It is equipped with a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, 4 burners, dishwasher, kitchenware and 2-seater sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed, air conditioning) and a bathroom/WC.

Charming air-conditioned cottage in a green setting, in a wooded park, with its enclosed garden, 2 terraces, 1 of which is sheltered. Fully equipped, you will enjoy a bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room. In the living room, a sofa bed can accommodate a 3rd traveler. You will find all the comforts in this 60 m2 apartment composed of a perfectly equipped kitchen, a living room, dining room and a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

You will find all the comforts for a relaxing vacation The cottage at 700 m altitude is surrounded by pastures and forest, it is located on marked hiking trails. The cottage is located between Vichy and Thiers.

Independent studio located on the ground floor of the owners' villa. Independent entrance, fully equipped, with kitchen, bathroom and outdoor space, refurbished. Free parking Breakfast included Bikers and vintage vehicles are welcome. In order to be able to clean and disinfect the studio after each stay, guests are asked to leave the studio in the morning as long as the virus is likely to circulate.
