This is the most relaxing listing out there! Beautiful pool, massage chair, privacy, and trees. The view of the pool from the living room just begs you to take a dip, and the easy access to the shower from outside makes it easy to hop in and out whenever it makes sense. The building is made for enjoying the pool with ease.

We had a great time here, swimming and grilling. It’s so private which we loved, it’s truly a getaway! Very clean and comfortable, loved the openness and all the natural light. Kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. Our pup had a great time here too. The pool was truly amazing and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We are already planning to come back!

Impossible not to love this one of kind home! It’s been restored beautifully with every detail considered. The pool was wonderful, kitchen and bathrooms well supplied and everyone in our party absolutely loved staying here. planning a return! :)

Absolutely gorgeous property. Pictures could not do it justice. Extremely clean. Comfortable beds and linens. Beautiful scenery. So many well thought out and special touches. The pool and spa were fantastic. Couldn’t possibly want or need anything that wasn’t already provided. John was so kind and very responsive. Can’t wait to go back!

We stayed here for a girls trip and we couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved this place the whole time! The home itself is extremely well done - functional & aesthetic. The backyard is the real standout - the pool, the view, the privacy, all 10/10!

The place was amazing and will only get better once all the renovations are complete. I'd be lieing if I said I wasn't just a little disappointed that not all of the updates had been finished yet. the fire pit in the pool will be amazing. despite things not being finished the place was still so nice that me and my group had a blast. and wanted to ranked it 5 stars. monica was an amazing host who worked with me at every turn to make our stay better. she did what she could to get the grill up and running by the time of our stay. we plan to go back once everything is complete.

This was our 2nd time on the property but our 1st time at The Cottage and it was exactly what we were looking for. The home is lovely. It has everything you need complete with a big front and back porch, and a dog-proof, fenced back yard. We loved walking the dogs on the walking trails surrounding the property and enjoyed the peace and quiet at night. If you have dogs, this is the place for you! It even has a Dog Toy Box, which our border collie discovered immediately! Bottom line, if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, we highly recommend the property (especially if you have a dog!). We will be back!

This place was exactly what we wanted. Private and peaceful. The house was exceptionally clean and very well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and relaxing. Bastrop has so many good restaurants nearby. We were able to get into town in about 15 minutes. We will definitely come back and stay here.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming home in the heart of town. My sisters and a few friends stayed here for a Round Top shopping weekend. It was just a short 15 minute drive to the Warrenten/ Round Top area, which made it convenient. The home was so clean, adorably decorated and very accommodating. I would definitely rent this home again.

This place is very adorable and cozy, right in the heart of downtown Smithville. The beds are comfy, the kitchen has every utensil you could need, host was very responsive and kind, and it provided the perfect place for my the bridesmaids and I to get ready for the wedding. Thank you for making this weekend easier for us!

5 stars for this place seems too little. What an awesome place is this. Closest town is a short drive, bit I felt out in nature all the time. The hosts are very attentive and all the rooms were so nice, spacious and clean. I wish I could have enjoyed the outdoor areas more, but that was due to the one thing the hosts cannot help with. Texas thunderstorms in lost evenings. Love this place and would definitely recommend!

This place is ADORABLE!!! 🥰 My pup and I had a blast staying here. The yard is a perfect size for a dog. Shay had a goody basket with snacks and dog treats to welcome us, even a sweet handwritten note! She was beyond helpful in this stay. The house was spotless and had plenty of toiletries and other traveling items. The convenience of the garage was great during the rain. Would stay again!

Wow. Everything about my stay at The Package Store was exceptional. Ruth went out of her way at every step to be so kind and welcoming. The little house was perfectly clean and had the sweetest little touches throughout. If time allowed, I would have loved another week just to enjoy the peace and quiet. I hope to make it back to visit again!

This host is by far the best we have ever had! He was very kind and made sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. And we sure did! Had a wonderful guided walk in the garden and was able to purchase freshly picked veggies. I can't say enough good things about this place. A wonderful and peaceful AirBnb we will most certainly visit again! Just go ahead and book now.

This place is a masterpiece. My favorite activities were watching the NBA playoffs from the hot tub, cooking in the loaded kitchen, reading a book floating in the pool, and spending time with my family. The master suite king bed was sleep elite, the shower exhilarating in the morning, and the tub exquisite. You’ll deal with some bugs, but c’mon there’s a lake in the countryside. The lake isn’t one you’re going to go swimming in, but if you’re a fisher it’s the move. My wife and dogs had a blast and the pups were exhausted/snoring as we watched the sunset.

A peaceful escape! This farm house was clean, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful nature. We loved the quiet, the views, and the fresh air. The host was friendly and helpful, and everything we needed was provided. Perfect for a relaxing getaway—would definitely stay again!

Staying at Shane’s airbnb was a dream! The house was perfect on the inside and literally had every single thing you would ever need. The location was great, we were surrounded by trees and even got to see some deers at night. The hot tub was also a very nice addition. Definitely a must visit spot ❤️

We had an amazing time, we didn’t want to leave! If you are looking for a quiet country getaway this is the place. I spent countless hours on the porch swing listening to birds and drinking coffee. The pool was also refreshing. Beds were comfy! Sarah was very nice and responsive!
