It's a family house located in a hamlet 500 m from the Villecartier forest and 3km from Bazouges la Pérouse, a small village full of character. Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Ideally located in the center of a town in the Saint-Malo region (town center = cars, we prefer to remind people who are used to no noise) 6 minutes from Saint-Malo, 6 minutes from Cancale, on the road to Mont-Saint-Michel and at the center of many beaches. You will have access to all amenities on foot. A code will be given to you to save you any time constraints.

In this cottage, you will find all the elements for a pleasant stay, waking up facing the Bay and, depending on the tide, with the sea a few meters away and the immense space of the shore for long walks. Access to the shared garden through the garage behind the house. Parking is available in front of the house. We live right next door.

In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area.
