Vacation rentals with a patio in La Fortuna

Had a lovely stay at Jessy's place. The room was really spacious and had a nice kitchenette. It's not in the downtown area of La Fortuna, which we loved. Still super convenient to get everywhere. Jessy was also super fast to respond and really helpful with providing information about guides in the area!

It's super beautiful! With a super affordable price for the amenities! We felt right at home!

Iris and Nelson are awesome people, they are very nice and helpful. The apartment is located near the center of the town, and makes it easy to reach multiple stores, restaurants, and cafes, just by walking. The apartment is as in the pictures, it is spacious and comfortable.

Absolutely loved our stay. The place was exactly as described, and we found it immaculately clean when we arrived. There is ample space for you to relax or work. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, yet only a few minutes from all the major stores and restaurants in town.

This place is perfect walking distance for all La Fortuna experiences and restaurants. A/C worked well which was much needed. Only side note is you will hear hosts cats fight every night but there is a winner fast so not a big deal :P

This is truly the most stunning place I have ever stayed in. I was initially hesitant to spend so much on accommodation, but it was totally worth it and the location, facilities and view absolutely justify the cost. I strongly recommend this place if you want a truly unique and private experience. Host communication was brilliant from the beginning and Licni was helpful and even arranged a taxi for us. The property was very clean, had good air conditioning, good bug screens, the hot tub worked perfectly, and the cargo net was a unique experience. We had the monkeys both mornings on the roof, and toucans, peccaries etc. visit the property throughout. This was truly a great place to stay for our honeymoon, and I would absolutely visit again.

The place was even better than we thought because the soda next-door was so good and we were even surprised by the little garden in the back and the animals plus a great view of the volcano. Most of the place feels bigger than we thought.

Nice stay! Apartment was a little tricky to get to if I typed the address. But they provided the link and it was easier if the celular internet work. Love those snacks and drinks as well the slippers. Made me feel at home. The only downfall is that it is noisy at night with the traffic but they provided ear plugs. I would stay at this place again. Thank you for making us feel at home

Andrés is a great host! The house is very close to downtown (walking distance). The kitchen has everything you need to eat inside. The living room with super comfortable TV for movie night. The rooms are very comfortable. Having two full bathrooms is a huge bonus. And the balcony has a view of the volcano👌🏼. Super recommended to get away for a weekend!

A good place for us as a base during our stay at La Fortuna. A short drive to restaurants/supermarkets/shops etc & 20-30mins from all main activities. House looked just liked the photos & we saw toucans, bats & other beautiful birds from the roof terrace. Kitchen very well equipped & air con worked well in the bedrooms. Would recommend.

Marvin was incredibly responsive. His place is less than a block off the square. You can easily walk to the square and all the restaurants around it. The yard is fenced in with an access gate that allows you to park your car securely. The home had a mini-split AC unit in every room, bedrooms and living room. Marvin came by to see us off and was extremely helpful during the stay. The washer/dryer was a nice bonus and easy to operate. I highly recommend Marvin's home.

Everything was excellent, a nice house and a good location, an excellent choice in La Fortuna.

Very nice house with fantastic garden. You have a chance to see parrots and another birds.All equipment works fine.Housekeeper Rosalija lives in the next house, she is always there to help. Unfortunatelly, the house is just 50 m from main road , and, when trucks are going down the hill, the sound is so strong, that you can not speak to one another when you are outside. Take something to protect you ears in night, the trucks start move before 6AM, and finish after 11PM. Another problem is that the house is far from La Fortuna, it is 20 min to drive. It is self check-in, but the owner had not gave us instructions prior , so we had to write him down again to open the gates.They have strange code lock on the front door, which had closed themselves at 10 PM, when we was outside, so we was forced to broke the door. It appears,that owners knows about this problem, but do nothing to fix it.

The location was safe and gated. There was a hiccup initially as we were provided instructions to access the wrong lockbox and we should have accessed a second lockbox. The house is 2 down from GPS look for solid silver gate. The place was as described and shown in the photos. There was a minor leak from the roof to the outside of the bathroom on the second floor. The a/c in the house was great and there was a unit in each bedroom. We also scheduled massages with the host. The ladies who arrived worked out all our aches from the many hikes we had from our adventures! Highly recommend!! We also did our laundry at the house there was a washer, dryer and detergent. Everything we needed including dishes, silverware, cups, soap, etc. There are some minor street noise from rowdy cars late night. There is a convenient store thats walkable near by. We were 10-20 minutes from all the major attractions. We would stay here if we ever visit La Fortuna again!

An excellent place to spend with family and friends, very private, quality place

We have been only for 12 hours in the apartment before the flight and it was great, clean and comfy and very close to the airport. Laundry and dryer machine was a great solution for last moment wash

The place was perfect for 3 adults. Carlos was a great host and the entire process was easy. The property had a guard so security was great

Very cute, nice apartment with easy access to the airport. 24/7 security guards, so it feels very safe.

The place is spectacular, super clean, it has a beautiful private patio, the kitchen is divine, the beds are super comfortable, and the host is really cool, we will definitely come back, we recommend it 100%

Clean spacious and Beautiful. Host very responsive and attentive. Beautiful Views. Very clean. Comfortable bed I really enjoyed. Spacious balcony to drink coffee and watch the parakeets come thru. Highly recommend as a International & Travel Real Estate Broker
