I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

The accommodation was amazing, the location was great and we did almost everything on foot. There is a subway station two blocks from the apartment. Everything was very clean, just like the photos, and Johnny was always very helpful, sending recommendations for places to visit, responding quickly and helping us when needed. My partner and I recommend it and would come back again! In addition, coffee capsules, condiments and laundry capsules were left as a courtesy.

It was spectacular, very easy to get to with two metro stations very close. The building staff are very friendly and helpful and provide a lot of security and peace of mind. There are shops of all kinds nearby and home delivery services from all platforms. In addition, the apartment has everything included, a heater, a very clean bathroom with enough towels, toilet paper and kitchen towels as well. Very well cleaned. From the balcony you can see part of the Andes, which is snowy at this time, and on the 10th floor there is a terrace with a panoramic view of the Andes and the city

This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

I want to thank Jose Ignacio, his apartment is 100% equipped, everything in excellent condition, parking in the building, close to a supermarket, pharmacies, public transportation, it has everything you need for cooking I recommend this apartment. I would 😊 definitely rent it again

The place is super comfortable, it has a doorman at the entrance which provides security, it is close to the subway which makes it possible to move around Santiago very comfortably, it has a balcony with a good view. Excellent and highly recommended. Thank you

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

The space was clean, well-equipped and perfectly matched the listing description. The location was also very convenient, close to everything you need for a comfortable stay in Chile. The apartment is very good! Great reception! It was a bit complicated to close the door at the same time as you put the code, but nothing serious. The immediate area is not the safest, but it is super central, close to Ohiggins Park

Had a good stay, the apartment was exactly as described and it felt very safe.

I booked this apartment based on previous reviews and the photos as i wanted some good views in the morning and evening of the sunrise and sunset. I was not disappointed. I didn't even check out the swimming pools or gym but i would happily rebook to stay here again when i am next passing through Santiago. The apartment was beautiful, the location felt really safe and there is a plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants within a short walk from there. Highly recommended and have already recommended to friends or colleagues if they happen to be in Santiago anytime. Thanks again Andrés for a pleasant stay.
