Furnished with 3-star tourist accommodation (sleeps 5), our vacation home is nestled in a green setting, 15 minutes from Angers, in the heart of the low valleys (Natura 2000 site). Fully equipped, it offers 2 bedrooms, veranda, garden, heated swimming pool from June to September accessible from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Wi-Fi. The "La Terrasse du Loir" cottage is private (open since 2021), with a private swimming pool, and not overlooked. The pool and the telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022; it is heated to 29° In 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1, inclusive. In 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1, inclusive. 115m2 cottage + large 24m2 terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5kms from the Zoo. Capacity of the accommodation 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 hp).

The accommodation is located 2 steps from La Flèche Zoo. You may have the chance to hear the cry of monkeys or roaring lions, change of scenery guaranteed. Have fun with the whole family at this place with a pool and play area. Bike path for nice rides, with 2 adult bikes available. King size bed 180 x 200 cm in the mezzanine area. For the second bed, it's a real comfortable mattress in the 140 x 190 cm sofa. Bed made on your arrival, bed linen provided.
