Small charming house in the heart of Perche, ideally located in the heart of nature not overlooked, 5 km from Mortagne au Perche and less than 2 hours from Paris. Stay in a quiet cocoon in the middle of nature, warm up by the fire and share a barbecue in the fireplace or outdoors, with family or friends. The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.
