Vintage house on the hillside

Ancient farmhouse furnished with vintage and Italian design furniture. I like the idea of not throwing things away and adapting them again with a new feature telling the story of those who owned them. The house surrounded by a private garden is full of biodiversity. We are in a beautiful panoramic position with 360° view of the hills and the plain 15 min. drive from Reggio Emilia, 1 hour drive from Bologna, 40 min. from Milan, 2 and 1/2 hours from Rome and 1 hour from Florence (via high speed train).

Busseto is known throughout the world for being the hometown of Giuseppe Verdi and is the perfect starting point for visiting Verdi's places and for a vist of the production area of Parmigiano Reggiano and Parma Ham. It is about 20 minutes drive from Fidenza Village, 30 minutes from Piacenza, Cremona and Parma.

Thanks to the Hosts for their helpfulness and friendliness. The apartment is beautifully located in the historic center of the village and is part of an 18th-century building completely renovated in a modern style, the building has 3 other apartments + the main house, communicating only from the entrance and the staircase Highly recommended!

I returned from a fantastic stay at this B&B located in the heart of the city, within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). The location was perfect for exploring the historic center on foot, without worrying about traffic. The two double bedrooms were clean, comfortable and furnished in a modern style. The room with the en-suite bathroom is a real luxury, while the second bedroom has a private bathroom near the kitchen, equally clean and functional. The furniture is brand new and everything has been designed to ensure maximum comfort. Kitchen is well-equipped. The only aspect to consider is parking, which is not free, but the B&B offers parking near the property at a cost of 12 euros per day, which is reasonable considering the central location.

The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Charming, clean and cute apartment right in the middle of Reggio Emilia. You can walk to everything and are right in the center of town with a lot of great cafes. We really enjoyed our stay and were even able to just walk to the train station. Highly recommended. Host is wonderful and gave us a lot of recommendations.

Giorgio's house is beautiful, large kitchen, the bedroom is a parquet nest, the large bathroom, comfortable shower and large terrace and with lots of privacy, given the period we only served to keep the dog for a day when we could not bring it. In addition, the house is very close to the beautiful Bagnone and other beautiful villages of Lunigiana. Giorgio was very kind to welcome us very late in the evening and very reactivated in solving a problem we created x being locked outside with the keys inside.
