Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

For your stay in the mountains, a functional studio on the ground floor of our house. Accommodating a couple or small family, it is a quiet and sunny place, conducive to relaxation. Ideally located for hiking or ski resort departures, swimming, farmers' markets, Golf Gap-Bayard 10 min away, cycling, etc. (Gap: 20 min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur: 7 min) Linens and towels extra: €5/bed (to be paid on site, not included in the price of the site).

I chose and furnished this accommodation to offer travelers what I look for when I am traveling myself: A welcoming, well-equipped, quiet place, that you can invest in by feeling almost at home... You will have a 20 m2 living room with equipped kitchen and dining area giving access to an 8 m2 terrace; a TV lounge and a 15 m2 bedroom with 160 X200 cm bed (2 beds of 80 and a common mattress topper, recent bedding), a bathroom with toilet.

New and spacious home. View of the mountains from the wooden terrace. The apartment located on the ground floor of our house has completely independent access. Not overlooked, free parking. Shops 400 m away, city center 5 minutes away. Note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We provide bed sheets but please remember to bring your towels.

We live within the outer bounds of the National Parc des Ecrins. The biggest National Parc in the Alps in Europe. Our region is called "Le Champsaur" Ideal for hiking, biking, trekking, canoeing. Bright studio in our villa with its own entrance; with a total surface of 23 m2, it is ideal for up to two adults and a child. You will be comfortably installed in a quiet residential area (15 mi. walk from the center, bus (free) at 5 min.) On sunny days, you will be able to enjoy an outdoor area with table and chairs offering a view of the mountains. No smoking, no parties, no animals, thank you for your understanding.
