House in the mountains

We are a small neighborhood of friends with beautiful Superadobe houses, surrounded by nature, mine was finished building in 2024. Our guests can enjoy a warm house surrounded by a large garden overlooking the mountains. They will feel in the middle of the countryside but only a 5-minute drive from the village. If they want to enjoy a pleasant walk, they will arrive in 15 minutes surrounded by flowers and wild trees and on the way back they can see the sunset behind the mountains.

Cuenta con amenidades para invierno como un fogón para poder revivir la atávica experiencia de reunirse en familia, amigos o parientes alrededor del fuego y contarse historias. Juegos para niños, como un tentador mangrullo y cerca de restaurantes, casas de té y muchos espacios para divertirse. Ideal para hacer caminatas en medio de arboledas, y a pasos del Parque Kempes, así como del estadio mundialista que lleva el mismo nombre.

It has all the amenities, an en-suite bedroom, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, service bathroom and a beautiful gallery. It has an incredible pool, with a dreamy view of the mountain. Just 50m from the lake shore, ideal for walking, outdoor sports and enjoying cafes, restaurants and ice cream parlors near the water. Strategic location for athletes, families or groups attending tournaments or meetings at the Arenas Municipal Sports Center or the Rugby Club. All are within a few minutes drive or even walking distance. If you come by vehicle, the capacity is for a medium car.
