We are a small neighborhood of friends with beautiful Superadobe houses, surrounded by nature, mine was finished building in 2024. Our guests can enjoy a warm house surrounded by a large garden overlooking the mountains. They will feel in the middle of the countryside but only a 5-minute drive from the village. If they want to enjoy a pleasant walk, they will arrive in 15 minutes surrounded by flowers and wild trees and on the way back they can see the sunset behind the mountains.

Our idea is for guests to enjoy a pleasant, relaxed and intimate environment. We have a pool with deck, a fire pit and green spaces where you can have a nice time. We are located 4 blocks from Route 38 and about 12 blocks from downtown, so we have the combination of silence and accessibility .

A great 200m2 mansion, just 2 km from Cerro Uritorco, has a 2000m2 garden and a swimming pool with a water filter. It is located on a hill, which allows a view of Cerro Uritorco, unique in Capilla del Monte. Inside it has all the comforts, from a television, WiFi with a very good signal, modern bathrooms, with a shower. In high season, only bookings for a minimum of 4 guests are accepted.
