we were all very satisfied, perfect view clean and beautiful apartment and the ocean with a pool right under the balcony. PERFECKT

Everything was perfect! The pool was wonderful and the accommodation exactly as described. Gus was a very kind host and gave us a lot of useful tips. The area is quiet and peaceful and parking is easily found.

The apartment is beautiful with stunning ocean views: sunset every night. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean and well decorated. Upon arrival, fruits, some food and drinks to start our stay The Mesa Del Mar area is quite isolated and quiet, the playa de Arena is beautiful and a 5-minute walk away. Raquel and Johannes are very responsive and attentive, they regularly asked us if everything was going well. I highly recommend

Very good place to live in Tenerife! Easy to drive everywhere, very good private parking for rental car! Santi is amazing host, the best place I have ever had. All recommendations to all who wants to visit this beautiful island! 10/10

The apartment matches the description, the two teraces are huge and give you the privacy that you need while giving you a 360 view of the city. The apartment itself is equiped with everything you need and more ! We could not get over the location as it’s located in the city center but quiet enough for relaxation. Hugo is a amazing host!

Everything was great and as described. When you book the place, it should be clear to you that you are at 800m. It is cooler and wetter there than in the lower levels of the island. Plus, it's a bit more cloudy. However, you have a super great view and a really quiet and private location. I really recommend this place

The apartment was perfect: located directly on the beach, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved the extras like snorkel, umbrella and cooler bag. Saúl was exceptionally friendly and greeted us personally upon arrival. He not only showed us the area and gave us helpful tips, but even provided us with something to eat – that's really not a given and made our start to the vacation even more enjoyable! The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything you need. Parking right outside the door, great location and overall just a great place to stay. We would come back anytime!

perfect place ti stay in santa cruz!

Maria's apartment is a gem. Excellent location (near tramway and buses), impeccable cleanliness, has all the comforts for both a short stay and a long stay (kitchen, oven, microwave, washing machine, clothesline...). The apartment is cozy, has a small balcony and does not lack air and light Maria's treatment is very close and punctual. Can't ask for more!

Everything was easy with Aaron. The apartment is as shown in the photos. The bed was very comfortable. Small great details that make everything easier when you arrive (2 bottles of water, coffee, tea, trash bags, a shoe rack, smart TV that can be seen from the living area and from the bed, etc). The apartment has an elevator and is very conveniently located and well maintained. Next to the center (a couple of minutes walk) but far enough away that you won't be disturbed by the noise of the restaurant and drinking area at night. We needed to work a few hours in the morning and the building has a coworking area that Aaron offered us immediately. If you rent a car, keep in mind that it is a busy area to park and/or unload luggage. However, Aaron gave us instructions on breakfasts, restaurants, where to park for free or nearby parking (the cheapest is the market). We'll be back for sure. We had a wonderful stay in Tenerife! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great peaceful and not too far from the main attractions. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we felt at home. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

Antonio's place is a true gem. It offers a great view and is conveniently located near everything. Antonio was always ready to answer any of our questions. We will definitely come back to this place and strongly recommend it.

Justyna is a fantastic host! She gave clear instructions with pictures to find the place and find parking. She gave a detailed list of places to eat, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine when we arrived. She was so prepared that I had no questions concerning what was required of us as guests.

This was a wonderful apartment in the heart of Santa Cruz. The apartment was in excellent condition and within walking distance of numerous shops/restaurants/cafes/etc. Additionally, Carmen was a wonderful host and was always quick to respond or provide local recommendations. Would love to stay here again if ever in Santa Cruz again!

It was a wonderful holiday. The apartment was beautifully prepared, Mrs. Ivett is a very warm and cheerful person, she showed everything and was always available in case of problems. The apartment has a beautiful view and a jacuzzi. The estate is guarded and has large swimming pools and gyms. From Palm-mar it is close to local more lively towns. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful apartment ❤️

The check in was smooth and the flat very clean Williams was extremely helpful.The view is stunning ,it is a steep walk to the apartment that we didn’t mind but could be tough for some people .I will definateley be returning 😊

Benedict's accommodation is a great place to stay. A restored old house that is centrally located in La Laguna. You can easily walk to the city's main dining and entertainment spots. Benedict gave clear information about the accommodation and recommendations for restaurants and was available if needed.

This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. The view is unmatched, and I truly shed a few tears when I saw it for the first time.🥲 Luc was a great host as well- helped us carry our bags up and was very responsive when I had a question halfway through the stay. Everything was clean, and the place was in perfect walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and a beautiful black sand beach! Just remember to pack good walking shoes, because the streets are not friendly to heels! 😝 Overall 10/10 stay

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout, which made everything easy from the start. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool and jacuzzi were a real bonus — perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The area is peaceful and quiet, even though it’s under a flight path; the planes didn’t bother us at all. There’s a HyperDino supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient. We also ate at Lizzie’s Bistro a couple of times (about a 15-minute walk) — highly recommend it! The food was freshly cooked and delicious. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and would definitely return!
