It is on two floors, on the first floor is the living/dining room, with exit to the gallery and fenced pool. Kitchen dining room, bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed. Second floor has two bedrooms, one double with bathroom and dressing room and another with two single beds or the possibility of making it a double bed and a bathroom next door.

Modern studio at the foot of the sierras

Modern studio on the ground floor with own bedroom, bathroom, living & dining room and small kitchen with full equipment including washing machine. Very nice terrace with asador and solar heated swimming pool. All private, no other people upstairs so all is very private and quiet. It is possible to put one or two extra beds in the studio in case of (smaller) children. We live on the same property, further down and also private.
