Ideally located 30 minutes from the sea (Dieppe, Pourville etc.) 30 minutes from Rouen. 2 SNCF train stations within 10 minutes (Saint-Victor-l'Abbaye train station and Auffay train station) serving Rouen and Dieppe in 30 minutes. This cozy and warm cottage full of charm ensures you a quiet stay in our beautiful Normandy countryside while being close to shops and many activities: animal park, lake, sea, maze, amusement park etc.

Come relax and recharge your batteries at the Atelier d'Anne, our guest house, located in a quiet, typical Norman farmhouse, surrounded by meadows and close to our house. The workshop is located 30 min from Rouen, 45 min from the beaches of the Alabaster Coast, 10 min from the Eawy Forest and 1 hour from the Bay of Somme.
