This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

Excellent accommodation, very comfortable apartment with everything you need to have a very comfortable stay, everything was very clean. It is well located, restaurant, supermarket, cafes, metro, etc. The building is super quiet, no noise and very safe.

The hostess is considerate and polite. When entering into apartment, I find heater was already turned on in a cold night. Everything was arranged nicely in the room.

David's apartment is extremely comfortable, with a modern and cozy decor that provides a very pleasant stay. Ideal for two people, the space is well-equipped and perfectly meets the needs of a practical stay. The location is excellent: a few steps from Parque O'Higgins, one of Santiago's largest and most central parks, ideal for hiking and leisure. Communication with the host was always quick and efficient. I recommend this apartment for those looking for a comfortable and well-located base to explore Santiago with peace of mind.

My stay at the property was excellent and exceeded my expectations! During the week I stayed, I was able to enjoy a very well-maintained, clean and organized place, which made the experience even more comfortable. The property had all the necessary utensils and amenities, from good quality Wi-Fi to appliances in perfect working order. The location was also a great advantage, as it allowed easy access to tourist attractions, shops and public transportation. The owner/host's service was very attentive and helpful, always available to answer questions and ensure that everything went well. Communication was agile and transparent at all times. Without a doubt, I recommend this property for those looking for comfort, practicality and great value for money. If I need to stay in the area again, I will certainly stay here again!

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location, it's a short walk from downtown. Very nice and cozy apartment, clean and well decorated, it makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. We had a wonderful experience at this home. It is spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are large and cozy, with everything you need to avoid the cold. Something we really appreciated was that there was food available for sale, which was ideal since we arrived late and didn't get to buy anything. The setting is beautiful, very quiet and easily accessible. The host, Carla, was incredibly kind and responded promptly to all our inquiries, helping us at all times. Their attention made a big difference in our stay. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

I'm grateful to Yasna, even though my stay was short, she made me feel welcome. Nothing to say about the loft, it is private and has all the amenities, and the house has a sociable and friendly atmosphere. As a host she was excellent, she was always attentive to what I needed and was understanding with me.

The location is great, the room has enough space, Wi-Fi and TV work well. Everything was wonderful, just pay attention to the mattress. For couples weighing over 70 kg each and with back problems, the mattress “sinks”, which can become a problem for longer stays. Eduardo is organized, clean and very helpful. I recommend it to everyone! Oh, enjoy the shopping mall in front: good pizza; Dulce Pimenta, a 2nd floor restaurant, great, good dishes and fair price. Japanese on the 3rd floor, I recommend it.

Our stay as a couple was wonderful. Mirza was very kind and quick to communicate, made us feel very safe with very clear instructions. Check-in and entry and exit from the building work very well, with 24-hour doormen and an apartment door with a code. The apartment is very clean, practical and well located. Great place to make a home office, great internet. The apartment is in a very central, safe and quiet area, close to good places like Lastarria Neighborhood and Patio Bellavista. We'll be back again!
