Large and spacious apartment, with all the necessary amenities, clean and cozy. It has heating, which is very important for cold days. The host Carla is very kind and responds promptly. Excellent location, with a market and subway nearby. Very beautiful region.

Pleasant and comfortable to go with children. Although there are no safety nets on the apartment's terrace, the building's common areas, such as the access corridor and terrace, are very safe for toddlers. Well-equipped kitchen, sufficient toiletries, shampoo and conditioner available, clean and sufficient towels, washing machine, table with chairs for everyone... good bedding. Down and feather pillows. The building is not very large, extremely friendly staff. Parking. Anyway, it's like being at home.

Great accommodation!! Well-located apartment, with many shops nearby, supermarket, restaurants… I liked it a lot! You can go hiking and get to know the historical part of Santiago! I thought it was really cool! As I went with my family to the marathon, it was very good, because it was close to pick up the kit and the start of the event. I thank Jaime and his mother for the reception and stay!

Spacious apartment, right in the city center and close to subway and supermarkets. Enough for a weekend! One side of the mattress is a little deep, but it doesn't make the bed uncomfortable. I had trouble connecting the wifi to the TV and the host was willing to solve the problem.

Impeccable accommodation, in a good area, comfortable to get around and the apartment met the details. We hope to return soon.

The place is very comfortable, we only stayed one night and it was fine. We used the parking lot without any problems and the person at the front desk was very friendly.

The accommodation was excellent, there were 5 of us and we found it very comfortable. The area is very quiet and the scenery is beautiful. It is fully equipped with everything you need and Alejandro was very attentive and clear with all his instructions. We'll probably be back in the future!

Great place and felt like home.

Apartment as in the advertisement. Andres was super helpful and answered all my questions. The apartment is comfortable and has everything 2 people need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom has excellent pressure! The bed is comfortable! The kitchen has all the utensils for meals (ready or prepared by you). The neighborhood is extremely pleasant, with market options, restaurants, shops, currency exchange and subway, which is literally next to the building. Summary: you can stay in this apartment without a doubt. The only thing that needs to be improved is the shower curtain, which gets the floor a little wet, and if it were a shower stall, this would not happen. Nothing that would diminish the stay.

The truth is, it's very comfortable, clean, the bedding is impeccable, that's very important to me. Totally recommended. The area and the building in general are very peaceful!!

This is a great little apartment in a very popular part of Providencia. It is directly opposite the Metro and has dozens of restaurants and shops all around it. There is a 24/7 desk in the lobby and security feels good. Even though the streets outside are quite busy it feels pretty peaceful inside the apartment. The apartment was equipped exactly as described and Raul is an amazingly helpful, friendly and responsive host.
