Had a lovely stay. The complex is beautiful, nice pool and gardens. Adriano was very helpful. It’s a great location, within 15-min drive to many beaches and nearby towns.

Great place to stay ! Very comfortable for the five of us and a great location close to nice restaurants and the marina. Check in was very easy and Alex was very helpful and prompt with any questions we had. He also sent out lots of clear information of how to enter the place which was very helpful and a nice guide book with local spots.

Villa Smeralda is a very nice place to stay close to the beaches (the closest are about twenty minutes away) and Olbia (15 minutes). The apartment was very nice with terrace, barbecue, air conditioning... everything you need. The pool is a plus to cool down during the hot hours or in the evening. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Antonio is nice and very accommodating.

Very nice and comfortable place, right in the middle of the marina great location very close to one very small and quiet beach. the place is perfect for 2 max 3 people. air conditioning impeccable. the place has all the amenities in the flat, eg dishwasher and washing machine work perfectly. only negative is the absence of wi-fi which is not convenient if you do not have data otherwise we loved it

House located in a luxurious holiday residence, surrounded by nature, with very well maintained exteriors, very complete equipment. Large well-equipped terrace for aperitif, dinner... Located a little over 5 minutes' drive from the city of Palau. Very good stay... in the Mediterranean sun!

The house is located just 3 blocks from the main avenue. The bus that brought us from the port left us half a block away and we took the bus to the airport in the same place (half a block from the accommodation), the location is wonderful. I rented a car and was able to park every day without a problem. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is really equipped with everything you need for your stay. From a washing machine to a beach umbrella. It was very comfortable and easy to stay, Gabriela is very friendly, she was in contact with us the whole time in case we needed anything. I will definitely rent here again if I go back to Sardinia!

beautiful accommodation with all the necessary comforts. a beautiful 180 degree view on the port which must be 10 meters away. work has deprived us of nearby bar shops and other amenities but no doubt that in high season, once the work is completed, the place will be perfect. Frédérica is a perfect host, accommodating, attentive and responsive.

We had a fantastic time at this place! The apartment was spotlessly clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. Particularly nice was the cozy balcony with great view! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful – he gave us great tips for beaches and restaurants! We would come back back! Grazie mille! 😊☀️

Really nice apartment with a beautiful view of the center of San Pantaleo, a convenient town to quickly reach the various points of interest in the area. The terrace is a great plus! Natalia (the host) was very kind and more than helpful in every conversation.

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

The hosts behaved incredibly well, they quickly answered all our questions, they gave us all the useful information about the house and the surroundings by constantly ensuring if all the need is met, I have only words of praise about them and the house that looks impeccable and did not miss anything. All the necessary accessories were present.

Valerio's house is large and very pleasant. Ideally located 15 minutes from the airport and ten minutes from San Teodoro, its useful shops and its beautiful beaches around. Access is at any time, which is very convenient when you arrive at night. Valerio is very responsive 👍 We were even able to take advantage of the pool at the end of April ☺️ I recommend it!

Villa surrounded by greenery, located in a strategic position, a few minutes from Porto Cervo and the most beautiful and renowned beaches in the area. The presence of two bathrooms, one per room, is very useful. Excellent advice on restaurants and places to visit nearby. It was a wonderful stay, made even more beautiful by their dog, Dexter. We'll definitely be back!

A great apartment furnished in Sardinian style with everything you need. Great location, wonderful view over Porto Cervo with a cozy terrace and pool. Communication was very good, always available and helpful. I can definitely recommend without reservation this apartment. In any case I would Book again. Thanks a lot!

We felt very comfortable and had a lovely time. The nearest beach is within walking distance and also seems to be a very good option when it is windier. It is protected by a reef, so the sea usually remains quite calm. The balcony has electric blinds that can be lowered to protect against winds, which was great during our stay in September, as it could get very cool with the wind. But that was no problem with the blinds. The contact with the hosts was great and you also got an answer quite quickly.

I had a great stay at Daniele's. He was always easy to contact and very friendly upon arrival. Tha space was great and had all the amenities that I needed. Would definitely recommend.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the beginning – it was clean, lovingly furnished and exactly as described. We would especially like to thank Marilia, who was so warm and helpful. Despite our flight delay, she patiently waited for us and welcomed us in a friendly way. When we were cold the first night, she brought us extra blankets the next day. A small WiFi problem was also solved immediately and easily. You can feel that she is a host with heart. We will be happy to come back!

Federica is amazing, friendly, always willing to help. Beautiful environment full of flowers, very pleasant, tastefully furnished apartment with a divine terrace with a comfortable bed. I felt right at home. Very nice and friendly approach to my four-legged companion. 🙂 Mile had a bottle of chilled water waiting for me in the fridge upon arrival. A shop a few steps away. Federica also recommended where to buy excellent ice cream. I highly recommend this place. I hope to return to this oasis of peace with nice people again. Best regards🌸

Andrea and Christina were the perfect hosts, they made us feel relaxed and at home and were super friendly and suggested activities, restaurants and even different places in Sardinia to visit. There is a lot of things accessible to where we stayed, however if you do love exploring new places we do advise getting a car because bus system is not the best in Olbia. But when we told Andrea and Christina, they helped us out massively with getting a car. We love to explore, we went by train to the capital for one day and we visited different ports and beaches. They made our experience so much better for our honeymoon it was perfect! And there is a little bakery underneath so fresh sweets and coffee first thing is perfect! We will definitely be back next year with them they made our experience even better! Couldn’t fault them 1 bit!

The accommodation of Vittorio is perfectly located to the beach, is very nicely lovingly furnished and with its own covered terrace and small beautiful garden to sit and grill. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend Vittorio and his apartment

We had a great two days at Filippo's apartment. Self check-in via key box was simple and well explained, allowing us to arrive at our own pace without stress. The accommodation was impeccable: very clean, carefully decorated and perfectly in line with the photos.
